Great experience, great people

After emailing the dealership one evening to get a price, Kurt responded early the next morning. When we met him in person, he was friendly, personable and easy to work with. Valerie made the finance part as painless as possible, and both she and Kurt helped us in any way they could. We never felt pressured or rushed, even as the dealership was closing. We are so pleased with our new Accord, and happy that we ended up at Preston Honda!

how did I get here

It started as curiosity as to how Honda may have improved its Accord. It continued with an internet search about the car. An eMail and than phone call from internet sales representative Kurt Abraham of Preston Honda. A visit to the dealership, a warm greeting, an enthusiastic invitation to look at an Accord, with a bumper to bumper explanation of the car's features and an invitation to take it for a test drive. Long story short- quality of sales, business, and ancillary staff made it easy to decide to purchase an Accord. This is the best car buying experience I've had and would highly recommend this dealership.

Good People

Here's why I liked the deal... Salesman Kurt is a good guy, no bull, gave me straight talking answers. Sales manager Josh paid me a fair price for my trade. Finance Manager Valerie is a fun personality.

2011 Mitsubishi Outlander

Found a used car I liked through autotrader at Preston Honda. After researching other similar vehicles in the area found that the car listed was at a reasonable price. Contacted the dealer via email to set up a test drive. I was quickly contacted by Kurt Abraham to set something up. Kurt was great, very friendly and willing to take me on winding roads, hills, etc...to get the feel of the car. After the test drive I did not feel pressured at all to buy something that day which was a relief. Buying a car is a big decision! The next day I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I wasn't able to get there until after 4pm when they were closing at 6. Valerie worked hard to get everything all set up with the loan in that short time. She and Kurt also helped me with address changes on my license and insurance since I had just recently moved. Very good car buying experience! This is the 4th vehicle my family has bought from a preston dealer.

Exceptional Service and Pricing

Probably the best Honda Dealership in Western Pennsylvania. I have dealt with Mark on several Honda purchases since 2007 including several Civics and Pilots. Mark was personable and professional, pricing was exceptional and service has been impeccable. Honda itself has repaired factory flaws in some of these vehicles at no cost after the warranty period and extended the warranty after the repair. I would highly recommend the Honda Line-Up and this dealership for your next purchase. Thank You Mark.

Awesome Dealership

My son was looking for Honda Civic Si. He went online and built what he wanted. Sent out for internet quotes to dealers. He got 3 or 4 dealer quotes. Read all quotes but this dealer and Kurt internet manager came back with the best quote and explained everything so easily and clear. From there it was smooth sailing. They found his car in no time cause they did not have one on lot at the time. Got there and Paul took down all info that was needed. Mark walked him through all paper work really fast. And in no time out the door. These guys treat you like family. Outstanding experience with this dealership. Next car we buy here. Thanks so much.
