The Customer comes First!

Back in March, my parents came to Preston Honda of New Castle by means of a recommendation. They had visited another dealership and felt the salesperson was pushy interested only in making a sale. After a few minutes with Kurt Abraham they knew he had their best interest at heart. He showed them the respect a veteran deserved and shortly after they purchased their first Honda Accord. The service was so excellent I brought my family back to Kurt in May just two months after. He asked my wife all the right questions to find out what was the best vehicle for her and my family. We decided to go new and soon became the proud owners of a Honda CR-V. We really felt he fought to get us the best deal possible. He even went the extra mile to stay after the shop had closed to make sure my wife felt comfortable operating the many features that came with the vehicle like the link to her I-phone. In less than three months Kurt has converted two families to the Honda family. Not only will I recommend this store to all my friends and family but I will never go anywhere else for service to our new vehicles. Kurt, Thanks for the great service! Great job!

No hassle pricing. I really like this dealership, and would recommend them without reservation. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great free coffee in the waiting room as well! Go through their website in order to get pricing. If you are internet savvy enough to do that, they know you will also know what is the lowest price - thus there is no hassle and haggling over price. There is no need to stand on the salesman neck as I am used to doing - hah-hah! See Kurt. He's a good guy.

Paul went above an beyond to make this transaction smooth. He even called the next day to make sure we were happy and if we had any questions about the car. A true professional and pleasure to do business with. We will most certainly come back to Preston Honda and work with Paul in the future.

Professional and Friendly

I purchased a company vehicle from Preston Honda in New Castle. The experience start to finish was exactly what I was looking for. I don't have time to sit down and negotiate makes, models, prices, etc. I did my research and knew what I wanted (a 2014 Honda Pilot EX-L, which is BY FAR my favorite company vehicle). I approached them online, made my offer. They said come in. A day later (and only about 1 hour of my time), I drove away in the Pilot. Perfectly smooth transition trading in the old company car and buying the new. I will return there for my next company vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership.

New Honda

I was contacted by this dealership via e-mail after pricing a new Accord Coupe online. I was contacted by other local dealers also with price quotes too. Kurt's quote was lower than all others so I contacted him and talked about the vehicle I wanted. After a brief chat my wife and I went to Preston Honda in PA. I was treated with kindness and respect through out the entire experience. I was offered what I thought was a fair amount for my trade in. I was kept abreast of every step in the deal from viewing the car right up to us driving away. I liked the no pressure atmosphere and honesty at the dealership. I will definetely reccomend a Preston Dealership to my friends and family if they are looking for a car. It was worth the drive to preston Honda.

Very easy and fair buying experience. Did everything over email and the process was great. Car was ready to go and the whole staff, especially Kurt Abraham, were very professional. Worth the 60 mile trip and would certainly consider this dealership for another purchase.

New car purchase

I called Rory about a car I had found online and was able to agree on a price over the phone. When I arrived, that's exactly the price that I was asked to pay and they were very fair with the trade in. It was refreshing that I didn't need to play any games to get a deal done when both parties knew what they wanted. This is only the third car I have purchased, but it was by far the best buying experience I have had. Everyone there was very friendly and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a car.

Everyone at Preston Honda offered great customer service!...

Everyone at Preston Honda offered great customer service! Since I didn't have a car, they sent someone to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. Once I got there, I did the test drive with Kurt on a 2012 Honda Civic. Loved the car and the rest of the process turned out very well. Kurt and Valerie were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and made sure to follow up with me along the way. Valerie even pointed me in the direction of a local insurance company that gave me a much better rate :) Everything was explained very clearly and I didn't feel the typical car-buying pressure that everyone talks about. I would highly recommend checking out Preston Honda!

Once my wife & I had researched online the cars we...

Once my wife & I had researched online the cars we were interested in (Honda fit, Toyota yaris, & Ford fiesta), we requested an online price for a new Honda fit from Preston Honda (only a few miles from where we live in New Castle). We were amazed not only by the low price quoted (without the hassle of "haggling"), but also by the immediate internet response by Kurt Abraham. Within the hour we found ourselves at the Preston Honda dealership where we were first greeted by the friendly Paul Makarevich. Once we told Paul we had gotten an online price from Kurt, he quickly located Kurt for us. Then the fun began! After test driving the Honda Fit , my wife & I were hooked. We sat at Kurt's desk, had a cup of coffee, & shared stories about our kids. At the same time, Kurt was tending to the business at hand: answering all our questions & taking care of "behind the scene" tasks such as running our credit and getting us a price on our trade-in car. It took only about an hour of our time. This all took place on a Saturday, but we requested a color that was not on the lot, so we picked up our new Honda Fit first thing Tuesday morning. That's when Kurt introduced us to Mark Root. He took care of all financial aspects of our paperwork. He explained everything we signed in detail and was more than happy to answer any questions that came up. Once we had finished in Mark's office, Kurt handed us our keys & off we drove -- sure we would be back to do business in the future with the Preston Honda team!
