Trent Tanner, salesman, was personable, helpful, very informative/knowledgeable and made our visit to Preston Honda a very positive experience. We have been telling all of our friends about this, and of course, there is the new Honda 2012 CR-V, which is a terrific vehicle. Preston Honda is very fortunate to have such a fine, young gentleman as Trent on staff.

Recently purchased a 2012 CRV. Competitive price, great service department, free car washes and superb salesman makes Preston Honda and easy choice for all my new car purchases. (This is my third Honda.....Love em) The salesperson (James Preston) knew what I was looking for and I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes including test drive. No pressure. Very east to do business with. Great job.

I am very pleased with my recent transaction with Preston Honda. I purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Limited AWD. Everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly, and low keyed. They reminded of an old time dealer caring about their customer. Car was ready on the time promised, and detailed to perfection.

This dealership exceeded my expectations. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me get to a payment I wanted and advised me on how to handle the warranty from my trade in. Although it was a little far for me to get to (60 miles), I would definitely buy a car from them again in the future.

This was the easiest, most pleasant transaction EVER. My husband and I were very pleased with Preston Honda - in particular James Preston. I contacted James via the website, and he responded immediately. We talked on the phone and set up and appointment to meet. James had a car ready to test drive when we got to the dealership. The vehicle we purchased was a 2012 CRV – it has only been on the market for a couple of days, but James was knowledgeable about the features and improvements made with this model. When negotiating price, they were very reasonable. No run arounds, no ridiculous sales tactics - straight to the point. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, but James worked to find us the model we wanted. On the day we picked up the vehicle, it was ready for us. Paperwork was, for the most part, ready to be signed. During the signing process, we were offered an extended warranty, which we declined, but it was not shoved down our throats. The whole signing process took less than 35 minutes. shew. Before driving off the lot, James set up some of the features of the car with us and went over how to operate the features. We are definitely recommending Preston Honda in New Castle and James Preston to any family or friends in the market for a car. The sales staff was very kind and hospitable. I searched for the Honda model and year that I wanted on...
I searched for the Honda model and year that I wanted on the internet which directed me to Preston Honda. I inquired on their website and received a response from the internet salesman from his Blackberry on Thanksgiving day! I drove to New Castle to the dealership on Saturday and was greeted with great hospitality and my salesman was very honest in his answers and gave me all the time I needed to come to an agreeable purchase price. The entire experience was very much appreciated and the customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time. I have had my Honda to drive over the weekend and I truly love it. Preston Honda has gained a new customer for oil changes and any other service my Honda may require. I highly recommend Preston Honda to everyone! Carole
