My experience with Preston Honda was very positive. I identified a used car online I was interested in and called the dealership. I spoke with James Preston a number of times, and expressed my financial concerns and personal interests. He was very helfpul, honest and informative. I was unable to get to the dealership until the evening and he stayed with me throughout the purchase process well after closing hours. He listened to my financial concerns, was not pushy whatsoever, and eventually we came to terms that were acceptable. I feel that if I need any further assistance with the car I purchased, I believe James would be avaialble to help.

I have bought at least 7 new vehicles and 5 used over the years. I do not like giving reviews and I very rarely compliment anyone, but i felt that others should read my story, and compare it to service that they may or may not be getting from other dealerships when buying a new or used car in this new age we live in now. I was working with as many as ten differnt dealerships from Hermitage, Warren, New Castle, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Akron/Canton areas trying to obtain the best new vehicle and the best trade price that I could possibly get. I knew the quality of my trade and the real value of the new cars/Suvs that I was looking at purchasing. Most dealerships were trying to give me the run around, and or just acting as if I didnt have a clue as to what I was talking about even though i did a ton of research, and had a great understanding of everything I was talking about in regard to both my trade and the new Vehicles I was inquiring about. I had almost given up the idea of purchasing a new vehicle until I gave it one last shot with James Preston of Preston Honda of New Castle. I contacted him online and went thru my whole scenario just to see what he would have to say. I was shocked at the fast & professional results. James respected the research that I had done, and went above and beyond to see if he could make a deal happen. Within an hour an a half James had the deal I was looking for the whole time that i spent over a week with all of the other dealers trying to obtain. Many of the other dealers took days of going back and forth on many sales tactics and bad service trying to sell me on a bad deal. I didnt get that with James at Preston Honda. I got first class treatment, and I can say that James and his Staff will not only work to give you the best deal, but that they will also treat you with great respect. Walked in on a Thursday to look at a CRV. Friday morning received a follow-up phone call & discussion of price. Bought a vehicle on Saturday!! It was that simple! Kurt wanted our business! The group of workers there are friendly & outgoing & truly cared about us as the buyers. I would highly recommend Preston Honda in New Castle, PA.!

My experience with Preston Honda was phenominal! They treated us like family! We did our research and looked around at other dealerships and without a doubt Kurt Abraham was able to give us a price that no other dealership would match! I would highly suggest them to anyone who is looking to buy a car whether your looking to buy new or used. We told him what the price range we were looking to meet and he was able to keep us within our price range and get us in a brand new 2012 Honda Accord Lx. They didn't have the color that I preferred so they looked into seeing what colors were available and found one in Washington, Pa and would have it sent to their dealership free of charge! They were excellent it means alot whenever you go to a dealership and they actually listen to you and do whatever they can in their power to get you in that vehicle or something remotely close to what you were looking to get. I know that in the future we will come back without a doubt. I won't ever purchase another car at any other dealership but Preston Honda in New Castle, PA. I gave them 5's all across the board because without a doubt they did everything in their power to make it possible. They would even deliver the vehicle to my house if I wanted them too! Thanks again Kurt we will definately be back in to see you!! Even the finance manager Mark Root was awesome he was very friendly and he too made us feel like he cared about us too! He also went above and beyond to make this sale possible! Thank you so very much!

Made contact with James Preston through a friend of the family. This was the easiest car purchasing experience that I have ever had. Was very impressed with both James & the financial exec - Mark Rout (sp?). Will definitely highly recommend this dealership.

I am from Texas and when I started looking for a new car, I found a lot of dealerships were cold and not really willing to deal with me. Buying a new car was a huge step for me and I honestly did not know what to expect. After visiting several dealerships and getting no where I decided to contact Preston Honda. James Preston responded to my inquiry about purchasing a new Honda CRV very quickly. He really took the time to answer all of my questions about being a first time car buyer. Through James' direction we were able to map out a plan that worked best for the both of us and he always had my satisfaction in mind while staying within my budget. Every step of the way James was able to answer my questions clearly and provide an update to the current status of financing and all of the extra questions I had. In the end, everything came together so quickly and smoothly that I still could not believe it all worked out when I was being handed the keys to my first brand new car. I honestly do not think I would have a car right now if it wasnt for James hard work and the great staff for working together to get a great deal done. Everything worked out so well that I flew Pennsylvania to pick up the car personally and drove it home to Texas without any problems. Overall it was an amazing experience and one that I will remember. Preston Honda gets my highest recommendation. Thank you to James for his hard work and to the supporting staff for making me a very happy customer.
