First contact with James, was when I asked for some price...

First contact with James, was when I asked for some price quotes from Preston's webpage. I was very surprised when I visited the dealership, that he already had something in mind that would be in my price range, etc. I ended up getting that car. James was courteous, helpful, but not 'pushy'. With the 'perks' that they offer, like car washes, I will bring the car there for service visits, etc.

I love they way it was all hassle free! They were very...

I love they way it was all hassle free! They were very nice and very quick! They worked with me on price and and got me the payment that i was looking for! They also helped me get a warranty that stayed in my payment budget. I hope to do business again with that dealer ship!!

I was looking for a new minivan for our new family- and...

I was looking for a new minivan for our new family- and mostly our newly adopted toddler brothers from Russia. I went researching online and we decided on the Honda Odyssey and trim. I sent e-mails to about a dozen local Honda dealerships in Pittsburgh and got many more instant and follow up e-mails. Most were auto generated and kept peppering me with auto-generated emails in blasts. Anyways, pricing was good at several other dealerships, but I soon found out that no dealership actually had the car I wanted or was willing to get it, and when I pressed them on this, they basically told me that they could not deliver. This fruitless communication soon ended up leaving me with the only option of ordering one from HONDA, which would take months. Other dealerships simply could get the customer connected with the item desired..and good business is exactly that. No MBA required. Deflated, I decided to give Preston Honda a call since we purchased a car from them 2 years ago. Originally they gave me a higher than expected initial e-quote which dissappointed me, so they dropped from the first round of dealerships for me. Bobby Preston and I talked, and he gave me a new competetitive quote and assured me that he could get the vehicle I wanted in under 2 weeks. He kept me informed every step of the way and delivery was smooth. He is a man of his word, which is important to me and should be to you as well. They also were flexible with me on financing. Much appreciated... Preston really is a nice dealership to work with and I highly recommend them as a dealership of honesty and integrity. They do not seem as pushy as the Pittsburgh area dealerships. I can see why the dealership has been a success and will likely earn many repeat customers. Thanks

We loved the experience we had at Preston Honda, James...

We loved the experience we had at Preston Honda, James was very friendly and accomodating and the price of our vehicle was the lowest that we could find. The only issues we had with our experience was with the car. After leaving the dealership I realized that the windsheild wipers were in very bad condition and needed replaced immediately. Also, the windshield wiper fluid was out and since it is winter we had an issue seeing out of our windshield on the way home. That was the only thing that was dissapointing. Otherwise, we love Preston Honda and will reccomend it to others.

Very nice dealership, great selection (they had 2 of the car I was looking for when no other local dealers had any) Typical of all dealerships they will try to sell you an extended warranty and "paint protection" both of which are not needed, however they really didn't push the issue. James Preston and Mark Root were both very professional and made the purchase experience a pleasure.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new car at Preston Honda. The service was quick and friendly. The salesman was very personable and not too invasive. The showroom was brand new and spotless. We will definitely buy our next car from Preston.

As my 10th new car purchase, this was one of the best...

As my 10th new car purchase, this was one of the best experiences I've had. Walt Kustra was informative and friendly yet very professional and without a hint of pressure. He responded almost immediately to my Internet inquiry and was responsive in every communication that followed…even after business hours. He definitely knows his product too. The best part was he took the time to understand what I was really looking for in a car and ultimately lead me to the CR-Z, a car I didn’t even know about when I walked in the door. Mark Root was also the consummate professional and made the paperwork a dream! He had all the forms in order, responded to all my questions with clear concise answers and set me up with an extended warrantee that fit my needs exactly. Overall, I’m a very happy first time customer! Thanks Preston Honda!

MY CAR BROKE DOWN WITH ENGINE PROBLEMS THAT WERE TOO COSTLY TO REPAIR. I RESEARCHED USED CARS ON LINE THAT WERE CLOSE TO HOME, SINCE I HAD NO CAR AND NOT A LOT OF FREE TIME. I DECIDED TO GET A KIA RIO FROM MORROW KIA IN BEAVER FALLS. I HAPPENED TO SEE THE CAR FROM PRESTON HONDA ON THE INTERNET AND CALLED THE SALESMAN. I REALLY LIKED HIS ENTHUSIASM AND HE GUARANTEED THAT IF I MADE THE 45 MINUTE TRIP TO NEW CASTLE HE WOULD MAKE AN OFFER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE OTHER KIA. WALT WAS A PERFECT SALESMAN, NO PRESSURE, AND DELIVERED A GREAT DEAL. IT WAS INDEED WORTH THE TRIP.

The entire experience from start to finish was very...

The entire experience from start to finish was very professional, friendly and informative. Walt was very quick to respond to any emails or phone calls...great follow-up. We have a Honda dealership that is closer to us and when we purchased our CR-V (which we still have and love!), they were very good, but our new preference is Preston Honda! They were wonderful! Walt is so personable and just great! Thank you! Also, the gentleman who handled the financial aspects (and whose name we have forgotten...sorry) was great too!
