Great overall experience. Very friendly and helpful work staff. Was accommodated with all my questions. Saw all the vehicles I wanted. Was given good advice. Was late at night and everyone was still friendly and approachable. Would visit the dealership again and continue to do business there.

Everyone was super helpful with questions that I had and did not make me feel as if they were rushing me at anytime, I felt that they were glad to help and also glad to have the business. I felt comfortable with everyone who I dealt with and would recommend anyone to go to Preston's for their friendly and quality service.

Walt responded immediately to our online inquiry and was availabe to answer any and all questions at all times. He was able to find our 2011 Honda Civic EX-L in the color we wanted within a couple and have it at Preston Honda the very next day. Walt was very thorough in explaining all details to us and didn't leave anything to the imagination, we were very pleased with their honest services. We were looking for a fairly specific used vehicle and found one very close to what we wanted via the internet. I spoke with Walt and arranged to look at the car. When we arrived at the dealership, (as another reviewer has noted) the car was cleaned and sitting out front ready for the test drive. My wife and I were given plenty of time to look over the car before even talking to anyone. Walt was very knowlegeable and answered all our questions. I pointed out a small area on the grill where the chrome plating was peeling off. Walt made a couple of calls, talked with his manager and then told us they would replace the grill at their expense. The deal was made and we went to talk with Brad, the Business Manager, who completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. He also asked if we were having the car delivered after the repair was done. We asked Walt if that could be done and he said, "Sure." Even though we live over an hour away from the dealership! Needless to say, we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone for new or used vehicles.

Mike has always been a very professional, courteous salesman. He is a true gentleman and was very detail oriented when going over the details of the Honda Crosstour.
