Compared to other Honda dealerships I visited, the...

Compared to other Honda dealerships I visited, the Preston dealership by far was the best experience of any Honda dealership. Thus, the reason I bought my car from this specific dealership. All the salesman were very friendly and put my needs first and were concerned with me as a person, not just making a sale.

I am very happy with everything for the most part. Walt found what I was looking for, got me financed and had my new vehicle waiting for me within just a couple days. It was rather impressive and I will definitely recommend Preston to friends and family! I have given Preston a 5/5 because it was awesome working with Walt and the other folks there were very friendly and personable. (Which is really saying something when it comes to the average dealership!) I went to a LOT of other places looking for my new car and talk to a lot of sales people and Preston was by far the nicest to deal with. The price was great too: Some of the other places I check out on line were significantly higher despite the Honda year-end sales and what not. It also would have been nice to know I could purchase gap insurance separately from the packages offered however, I could have asked. I assumed he would tell me if it was an option. I feel that I was pretty well taken care of in general though. I do have a bit of snag though, I found a few scratches on the passenger doors after I got home; as though someone leaned on it with a belt or keys on. I'm too short to have left those and it's my first NEW car: I'm still all protective about it. Today I noticed some good sized scratches on the plastic trim above the hood as well. No idea how they could have even gotten there without scratching the paint. That sort of stinks being that I bought it brand new and haven't even had to put more gas in it yet. Also, it would have been nice if they had taken that extra day to clean the inside a bit before hand but that's easily dealt with. (Although the soda spilled on the floor under the courtesy mat was kind of funny in a, "how the heck did that get there," kind of way.) Despite those few issues though, I am still impressed. I hope that any further dealings will be as pleasant.

Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever...

Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had! I walked away with the car I wanted at the price I wanted without any of the typical "car salesman" crap. They went above and beyond to help us out (found us better financing, too) and it was well worth the trip (we live over an hour away). They may not realize it, but they definitely have a customer for life...just because of the way we were treated during this purchase. Would definitely recommend this dealership without any hesitation!

Since I have a long commute to work (38 miles), I definitely needed a 4-wheel drive vehicle before winter arrived this year. After looking at a couple of other SUV models, I decided to check out the CR-V. Walt got back to me quickly after I requested a dealer quote online and offered me a price that was very reasonable. He also was able to get me financing at 2.9% because of my credit rating which I greatly appreciated. After taking it for a test drive, I was convinced the CR-V 4 wheel drive was for me. My wife really wanted it in black which I felt was really sharp also so they got one for me from another location just the way I wanted it. When I brought it home, I noticed it did not have an inspection sticker on the windshield but I know that it was because it came from another location which was no big deal. My wife and I love the car and were very pleased with how we were treated by Walt and Mike. My wife will be looking for a new car soon and we will certainly come back.

I found a car over the internet and really wanted it. I...

I found a car over the internet and really wanted it. I called Walt at like midnight and left a message. By 8:30am I had gotting a call back and two e-mails sent to me the try and get things worked out. He held the car over the weekend for me so I can get a look at the car on monday sense I had to work all weeekend. When I pulled up to the dealership, the car was already up front and ready for the test drive. During the teast drive Walt was giving me all of the details of the car and all the fetures that is has. The paper work was as easy as can be and I was out the door within three and a half hours after getting there. I recomend Preston honda to anyone looking to buy a new or used honda. Walt was buy far the best sale person I have had in the hunt for a new car. Thank you so much Walt for making my car purchase so easy!!!!

I've purchased my last two new Honda CRV's from Preston...

I've purchased my last two new Honda CRV's from Preston Honda and highly recommend the dealership. They have the best pricing in the area and outstanding customer service. No "good cop/bad cop" game playing between the sales manager and the salesman. Up front pricing, can deal over the internet for the most part, no games, quick turn around time on the deal. You can't beat Preston Honda!

Both associates I worked with were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Everything was simple and I was not ambushed with any unexpected surprises when it came time to sign. I have an extremely high expectation for customer service, so when a staff exceeds my expectation I am absolutely going to give positive feedback if at all possible. In particular, Walt was extremely personable and also prompt with his responses. Often, I am sure a Wrangler would sell itself, however, had I experienced any rudeness or delay on behalf of a sales associate, I would have had no problem walking away from the vehicle regardless of the pricing. Which brings me to my next point - the price on the vehicle was the most reasonable that I had found in my search. Thus far, I have been extremely pleased with my purchase and I expect that I will have a long, happy ownership. Thank you for your time and for having a staff that exemplifies what customer service should be.

After researching many months for a Honda Odyssey, I came...

After researching many months for a Honda Odyssey, I came across a listing for a '06 Odyssey at Preston Honda. I sent an email requesting information and received a response within minutes. I was able to find out all the information I needed and even work out a price before driving to the dealership. The purchase was easy and smooth and I got a great used vehicle.

We were lookg for a new Wht Pilot EXL but was told by ALL...

We were lookg for a new Wht Pilot EXL but was told by ALL dealerships in Pgh that they could find one but it wouldn't be in for 2 to 3 weeks unless we wanted a Demo. Upon calling Walt at noon on 6/29 he stated that he could also get one. I thought oh sure when will this one be in? He said he'll have it there by tomorrow. I asked again, a White NEW EXL, not a demo? He said "Not a problem". We did the financing info my email and by noon on 6/30 the truck was there. Spoke to Walt at 3 and he said it was currently in service getting the new running boards and cross bars installed. He said by 6 it would be detailed and waiting out front. This is a great example of sign and drive, arrived at 6pm we drove away by 6:15. Amazing vehicle and fantastic service. Even though we live over an hour away we know that we'll be back next year to see Walt for my husbands Honda CRV. Thank You Walt. Debbie and Matt Arena

Mike; my wife and I really enjoyed dealing with Preston...

Mike; my wife and I really enjoyed dealing with Preston Honda mostly because of the way you and Bobby treated us. We were treated with respect and honestly. We actually had no intentions purchasing a new auto when we entered the Honda dealership but the way we were treated we thought that we would look no further.there was no high pressuring just honest talk. In my 82 years of life I never met any auto salesmen that could compare with Mike and Bobby. I wish them both the best in the years to come. Sincerely George and Edyce Kepple
