We were so pleased to buy our car at your dealership. The van we purchased was online, and we went to look at it the day after we saw it. Mike Busin was incredibly friendly and helpful. We appreciated that he asked what we wanted and didn't try to push us into something we did not want. We got just what we wanted in a vehicle!

Knew ahead of time which vehicles I was interested in...

Knew ahead of time which vehicles I was interested in comparing, the list price. kbb price, features etc. Contacted the internet manager, Walt Kustra, who responded promptly and courteously. He went above and beyond to meet my time schedule demands, showed me all levels of the car I was interested in, including used, and the merits of each different car. He allowed private time for my husband and I to discus our purchase, was never pushy, and went so far as to personally drive us to a competitor to test drive and compare another competing vehicle! Unheard of!! Bravo, Mr Preston, for hiring such a fine young man. Walt made a taxing chore of purchasing a car easy and comfortable and I will continue to buy from him and Preston Auto in the future. There was no haggling at all and we received the best price possible. I'm very pleased with my crv, the service I received, and will gladly share this with family and friends. 5 Star all the way and thank you Walt! Deb Y.

I had an issue with a used VEHICLE that I purchased from...

I had an issue with a used VEHICLE that I purchased from Preston, Through it, the folks at Preston treated me well and were very apologetic that the vehicle let us both down. I finally decided to start over and since the folks at Preston did nothing but treat me well, it never occurred to me NOT to give them a second chance. They treated me great and Walt went the extra distance for me!!

In competition with an Ohio and Pittsburgh dealer, Preston Honda topped them all and provided this customer with the best deal for a new Honda Civic. They provided excellent customer service through out the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend Preston Honda!

Found the used care I bought on the Preston website after...

Found the used care I bought on the Preston website after being referred to it by my sister. Preston had the best price on the model I was looking for within the 100 miles I limited my search to and the only similar model with a lower price was not all wheel drive. Car was exactly as described. Very easy & pleasant to deal with. Easiest car buying experience I've had with a dealer. Mike took his time and showed me the two vehicles I came to look at & also recommended taking a look at several others that he thought I might like too without going up in price. Let me wander around & gave me time to think the purchase over by myself. I walked away feeling that everyone I thought Mike was honest throughout our conversation and did not apply any pressure. I love the no haggle pricing with their internet prices. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice & pleasant. Would recommend highly.

I was trading in my 2010 Corolla and not sure I could...

I was trading in my 2010 Corolla and not sure I could afford to take the financial beating that seemed to surround me. I went to Preston Honda because I bought the Toyota from Preston in Boardman, Ohio and had hope they would help me out. The team at Preston Honda worked very hard to solve my problem and put me into a safe vehicle I could afford and love. Preston Auto Group will always rank as the number one, best dealer anyone can deal with. The Honda folks are just as great as the Toyota folks and I have no doubt every dealership in the Preston Family is available to help and not hurt any customer. We visited four dealerships before we went to Preston Honda and the buck stops there. Once you go to Preston you have no need to go elsewhere. Pat Herdman

We drove pretty far for the car we got i must say...

We drove pretty far for the car we got i must say everyone there was very nice, they made us feel at home. they are is very nice in good shape we got the best deal we could get a little less would have been better but the hole experience was great. i would recommend the dealership to anyone

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE TRADE-IN VALUE. DEALER GAVE LENGHTY REASON WHY WE COULD NOT RECEIVE MORE FUNDS FOR TRADE-IN, AND THAT DEALER WOULD NOT MAKE HIGH PROFITS ON OUR VEHICLE. THE ONLINE SALE PRICE IS $6000 HIGHER THAN WHAT WAS GIVEN TO US. WILL NO LONGER TRUST DEALERSHIP AND THEREFORE WILL NOT MAKE FUTURE PURCHASES, NOR REFER BUSINESS TO FAMILY, FRIENDS, CUSTOMERS, OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES.

I was very impressed with the way I was treated by Walt...

I was very impressed with the way I was treated by Walt at Preston Honda. I have been to other dealerships and appreciate the way there was no haggling over the price. I am also very thankful that he was able to provide the all weather mats for my vehicle.
