Bought a new HRV

Let me first say that Preston owns a number of dealerships in New Castle. We had 2 very bad experiences in the past with their Toyota and Cadillac stores. However with skepticism we decided to give them a last chance at my business. I am glad that I did. Mark Sanata was our salesman. I explained my past experiences with Preston. Mark guided us through the process and offered us a fair deal and an honest approach. He explained everything. The process was seamless. Before you knew it, I was driving off with a new car with a smile on my face. Thank you Mark

Paul Turco Gave me terrific service. I leased aCRV

Paul was both knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend him to others. He accommodated all my needs since I had a different model to return He was patient and worked out a very good deal for me.

Professional

I found Preston Honda in New Castle to be very professional, courteous and helpful. I have been a loyal Honda customer since 1993 and will continue to be one because of the product and service from the dealership. My salesman Mark Sanata was excellent in finding the car I wanted and Bobby Preston personally helped me getting to my price point so that I could make the purchase! Beautiful car and helpful caring people... thank you!

Purchasing used vehicle

Great experience with Tyler as my salesman. Very professional and actually cares about his customers. Did not try to rip me off at all and we were able to make a deal on a used 2016 camry xle. Love my car and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Terrible service, broken promises

Was sold a bill of goods on this so-called Preston Advantage, but they reneged on it. The Preston Advantage covers nothing. Will never purchase another vehicle from Preston.

Preston Honda met all of our expectations

Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and friendly. Everything was very well explained so that we knew how the cost of our vehicle was being calculated and they worked within our budget. Preston Honda made it worth the extra 30 minute drive compared to the other Honda dealers in our area and we would absolutely recommend going to them first!

Low pressure and helpful!

I found my dream used Subaru through Cars.com at Preston Honda. Caleb was wonderful taking me through the process. He kept me updated on the car's status for more than a week until I was able to get there on a Saturday from 2 1/2 hours away. He even texted me extra pictures that I requested. When I got the text that the car was still available at close of business on Friday, I knew the car would be mine the next day. Caleb took me on a test drive and I committed to buy. The financing process was very easy and after a couple of hours (and snacks!) I drove home in my new (to me) car. They gave me a fair amount on my trade without dickering. The whole process was easy and pleasant. Definitely worth the drive!
