Love the Accord from Preston. Wonderful place!

After looking around at a few other dealerships, we found Preston to be the most accommodating. Dale Brown answered all of our questions (and there were a lot of them) and was very patient. He had to deal with three different people and did it with a smile. Love the car and will be back.

Great dealership

We had Caleb and he was most patient and informative. He worked with us and sealed the deal and we got a new CRV. Also Vic and the Owner Bobby were just ultra helpful and very much appreciated. Was a good experience

Had a GREAT Experience. Everyone was very friendly/helpful.

Had a great experience. Everyone that I worked with on this purchase was very helpful! Honda CRV

received a letter saying they needed my trade because they had a family going on vacation and needed the trade by Monday 7/31. I called and the salesman said they would give me 12,5 to 13,5 for my 2014 Honda CRV. This is the best part, they have 5 2014 CRVs on the lot for sale. And the price they are asking is 18,500 or more. Do you think they really needed my trade? OR, Is this just another typical car dealer. I bought one car here. purchase a new accord ex-l

This is the fourth Honda I have purchase from Preston Honda and I have had a excellent experience on all the purchases. Also the service department has been excellent experience. The salesman for the last two purchase has been Mark Sanata and he has handle the transactions in a professional manner and made me feel that I received a fair deal. I would and have recommend Preston Honda to friends.

Great place to shop.

Preston Honda sets a standard for customer service that cannot be matched. Matt with internet sales was very easy to work with and this enabled a lot of the usual xx associated with car buy to be eliminated. Has an issue with my purchase 2 days after and contacted Vic he handled it almost immediately. I will be back in the future way to change the game Preston Honda.

Great experience at Preston Honda

Our sales person was Mark Sanata . He is one great guy. He made us comfortable and informed about the new Pilot. No high pressure! This dealer is the best !!! Larissa, Nick and Vic were so nice . I would highly recommend that you give them the chance to serve you for used or new vehicles.

great buying experience

Preston has a top notch customer service experience. Our sales person Matt Drapola took the time to get to know us and was very knowledgeable on the models and features. It was also very refreshing to speak directly to the owner Bob Preston and our salesman together when finding the right deal rather than the back and forth negotiations with your salesman and the manager in the back room you never get to meet. Bob was very knowledgeable on our trade and was just as honest about the great aspects of the vehicle we were trading as well as the shortcomings.

GREAT buying experience!

Conor was AWESOME! I contacted the dealership through a third party website. This prompted Conor to send me an email inviting me to the dealership. I called and set up an appointment with him and when we got there he already had the car we wanted to test drive pulled up and ready to go. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Our trade in was a 2007 Toyota with a blown engine and they gave us a very fair price for it. Negotiations were simple and quick. Bryan, the financial manager walked us through the paperwork and answered our questions. He offered us an extended warranty but we declined and he did not push the subject further. They did not have the exact model that we wanted but they completed a dealer trade for us and honored our original deal with NO additional charges. I can't recommend these guys enough. We have purchased many cars in our day and this experience ranks number one in quality and satisfaction. Bryan even recommended a local restaurant for dinner. I was impressed by Preston. No pressure all pleasure!
