Fixed Remote Start

Had purchased a Ford Remote start system for my 2012 Focus. After installation realized the unit had to be programed to the car. After calling numerus Ford Dealerships with no resolution to my dilemma, Jeff at New Holland Ford was concerned enough to look into this further. He worked with me on a procedure to resolve my problem. Made an appointment the next day, 1/2 hour later my Remote start was working.. Thanks Jeff for all your help!

Got a 2003 Saturn ion from them on Feb 25th of 2012 I...

Got a 2003 Saturn ion from them on Feb 25th of 2012 I believe, before march I had to spend $300 dollars on repairs, no big deal right? March 23rd transmission went and I had to get a new one. About 3400 dollars in repairs in less then 2 months

EXCELLENT!

I cannot say enough about the extremely positive experience we had at the New Holland Auto Group. With a friendly and helpful receptionist, lovely showroom and very competetive prices, this was the most positive car-buying experience we've ever had. Our sales consultant, Scott C provided top-notch service, covered every detail and made this an easy transaction from beginning to end. I would go so far as to say that this was actually a fun experience - and I have NEVER thought that when buying a car. Many, many thanks!

Great Service

I was looking to buy a car new or used that would give me the gas mileage of a hybrid and the payments would be low. this dealership clearly understood what i needed and was able to give me a brand new Camry Hybrid for a really low monthly payment. they buying process was a little long, but that was on Toyota's end, not the dealership's. They are very customer service friendly and I will continue to take my car there for future maintaince service. They are a 10!

Great Experience!

I recently bought a new Jeep Compass here and the whole experience couldn't have been better. New Holland is kind of far for me and they were very flexible and respectful of my time. I actually bought the car on a Saturday, did all the paperwork and financing online during the week, and picked it up the following Friday. My sales consultant Greg was wonderful! He was so accessible and anytime I had a question he got back to me right away. Everyone I met there was super helpful. I felt they genuinely wanted to find the right car for each person and weren't simply pushing the newest or most expensive models. The excellent customer service continued even when I got home. I wanted my inspection stickers updated and they immediately offered to come pick my car up, leave me a loaner, and do the inspection for free. I can't imagine I would get service this good anywhere else. Everyone should buy their cars here. Ask for Greg :)

My wife was interested in a 2012 Dodge Durango and we found the perfect one at New Holland Dodge. I checked Dealer Rater before our visit and asked for Randy due to his good rating. Randy was very professional and a great representative of New Holland Dodge. He was very informed on all the features of the Durango. Charlie, the sales manager offered us a very fair price on the vehicle. We ultimately decided not to purchase at this time, but our overall experience at New Holland Dodge was great. I would not hesitate to return to purchase a vehicle from them.

Customer service at its best!

I found a Jeep GC Overland on the dealer's web site and submitted an on-line inquiry. By the end of the work day, I had a firm quote for the new vehicle and a great price on my trade. The dealership was a distance from me, and my schedule made it difficult for me to get to the dealer within the next day or two, so I faxed some information and they delivered the car to me at work and we completed the paperwork over my lunch hour. Great service by really committed personnel!

Was treated with respect in all facets of the deal. Numbers were presented in a very professional,concise and clear manner. Having done extensive shopping I can attest that this was not done in any of my other dealings. Besides being treated like a valued customer, the price agreed on was significantly lower than those quoted by other dealers for exactly the same vehicle. I left knowing exactly what I was buying and what it was going to cost me. I had never done business with this dealer before, but I will again I am sure.
