Best Customer Service Ever!

New Holland Auto Group has always gone above and beyond when servicing my Toyota Rav4 for all its checkups and oil changes. My service representative (Ashley) knows me by name, provides me with customized service and recommends coupons and savings available. They work around my schedule and get me in and out as quickly as possible. And the waiting area is comfortable with free wi-fi!

Ashley Rocks

I drive out of my way to go to New Holland Toyota for service. My front desk contact Ashley greets me with a sincere smile whether early in the morning or at the end of the day. She is 'with it' and makes my visit nice each time. She does quick research when an issue arises to make sure my car is ready to roll. She also takes calls from me on the road when a new dash light comes on and suggests what to do. Thanks Ashley.

New Holland goes the extra mile

From sales to service, my experience has been A+ all around. New Holland read the book and got it right. They treat their customers with respect and I trust my rep when it comes to service. This is the first dealership that I exclusively use to service my car (purchased in 2008). I plan to by my next car there and highly recommend them!

New Holland Auto Service Department One of the BES

I have been going to New Holland Auto for service for the last 10 years. Brought a Corolla, two RAV-4s and now a Nissan Rogue over to them and they have NEVER let me down. Excellent service, excellent customer service, excellent follow up. They are terrific. I drive about 50,000 miles a year for work and really NEED a good service group who will take my vehicle at any time I need something and will do it right the first time. My husband bought a used Ford 150 from the dealership. We bought from them based on the relationship we have with the service department.

Positive service review

I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in the door. My service representative talked me through all the repairs he thought I should consider and even took me out in the garage and showed me the problems on my vehicle. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from start to finish.

Recall and inspection

My. Over all experience was positive. My representative took care of me quickly. the service man found a problem with my brakes, which they are fixing while I wait.
