From beginning to end the whole process was effortless. Tyler and Marcus were outstanding! I would never purchase a vehicle from anywhere else They will always have my business!

They tried to take advantage of my wife’s lack of knowledge during a visit to the garage. They said Freon for her car was rare and $340 a bottle. Also it was $340 in labor to recharge AC. I bought the Freon for $100 and it took 10 minutes to recharge. Absolutely disgusting they would try and pull this. Stay far away from this place.

My husband coordinated a test drive for me at Star GMC Easton. The car was a 2023 Corvette Stingray. Upon arrival, the car was sitting outside waiting for me. Once I arrived, it started to drizzle, but didn’t last long. Tyler then pulled the car to the back inside of the garage to get out of the “weather.” I sat in the car, which is now in the garage and asked “when can I drive it.” He said he needed to see my current car and I told him I had it there. He said he didn’t realize and thought my husband was bringing it. I told him no, and handed him my keys. He then told me that they needed to review my car first because the corvette was an expensive car. An hour goes by, and my husband arrives. Tyler proceeded to tell us different payment options and says he needs to run my credit as a “level of commitment.” Prior to test driving. We thought this was strange as we never had to do this before. My husband is asking again why I have not driven the car as of yet. Tyler tells him “we were waiting for you to get here.” Not one time, did I say I was waiting for my husband. I thought they were still looking over my car. He now tells us my credit must be pulled prior to me driving it because it’s such a fast car. I told him that I had many fast cars in the past including a Scatpack charger, and I never had to do this in the past. His dad, Greg, (GM) comes over and proceeds to tell us they have to do this because the roads are wet. It is now more then an hour, I still have not had an opportunity to test drive the car, and multiple excuses were thrown our way. They should have just said “you are a female, we do not trust you, and you are typically not the “type” of person we sell this type of car too.” They couldn’t say that for obvious reasons, which is why they fed us other excuses. At this time, we walk out. It is unfortunate as We had the credit and finance to make this purchase. Good luck to anyone else who tries to test drive and purchase this car.
