I purchased a new 2025 RX350 AWD from JM Lexus. Paul Mompremier was my dedicated Sales Manager. Even though JM Lexus is a 90 min drive from my home I decided to try them because they are one of the few Lexus dealers in the US using the Lexus Plus sales model. It was well worth the drive. This was one of, if not the most, transparent vehicle purchasing experiences I've had. Because of the distance I wanted everything worked out up front before heading to the dealership. Paul was very responsive and handled everything (with some sales support help) from the purchase transaction and trade-in appraisal to the financing. I had a buyer's order in hand before I ever left the house. Just as important, everything was exactly as stated when I got to the dealership. No bait-and-switch, no "let me check with my manager", no dealer addendum with added overpriced fluff meant to pad their margin. And as an added bonus, no dealer fee (very rare in FL). They simply took a look at my trade to verify what they saw in the pictures, let me inspect and drive the car, completed the paperwork, and I was out the door. My experience at JM Lexus and with Paul took most of the usual dealer stress out of the equation, and probably saved me at least $1,500 in fees and fluff. I'm very glad I made the drive!

My service rep here is outstanding. His name is Sam. He keeps me up-to-date. If I have a problem, he addresses it right then and there. I did have to wait a while for my car to be serviced, but that was because they were waiting for the wipers. Got my car back. It was nice and clean. Everything was done properly. Thank you Sam
