I WENT TO J.M. LEXUS.MY SUNROOF WAS NOT CLOSING ON MY 2023 RX350 AND MY SUV WAS BEING TRANSPORTED TO MONTREAL THAT SAME AFTERNOON.I WAS MET BY KAREN REINER AND WHAT SERVICE.SHE TOOK ACTION IMMEDIATE. HAD THE PROBLEM SOLVED WITHIN 20 MINUTES WITH NO APPOINTMENT.I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE MET KAREN. SHE WAS AMAZING . GREAT TO HAVE SUCH A MANAGER ON STAFF.I THANK SO MUCH .JOHN GUALTIERI
