Chauncey and Jody are two phenomenal people at JM Lexus. I trust Chauncey 100% when it comes to handling my car. Every car concern or question I had, Chauncey answered them all. Jody, is an angel whenever I need a loaner while my car is getting fixed. Their customer service is top tier. I love Lexus even more when those two are there. So thankful for them. Chauncey is by far the best and most importantly honest.
