I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new IS 350 F Sport, thanks to Reggie and Steve! Reggie was kind, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I loved how Reggie answered all my questions with patience, and he provided honest information about my options. Reggie explained the differences and features of multiple vehicles so I can decide which was best for me. My initial experience with this dealership was with Jeff - a very poor experience, but a few months later Don took care of me and I ended up renewing my lease and upgrading to a bigger car. Don has been great and I have absolutely no complaints for him.

The super hero of car dealerships. It was impressive to see how everything worked and the volume of vehicles they sold and the way they handled things it was obvious why they sold so many. This should be the benchmark Lexus goes for with dealerships.
