Another quick and easy lease of my new 2024 IS350. Paul Mompremier is hands down the BEST sales agent. Kind, helpful, friendly, and communicates every step of the way. I cant recommend him enough! Thank you, Paul!

Our buying experience was pleasant and straightforward.

Our buying experience was pleasant and straightforward. We were told we would receive the 2nd key to our suv (which could not be delivered the day of) sometime in the next 6 months. I called several times to get the status and was finally told key was in. I emailed my sales rep & asked him to mail the key. He called my husband & said we have to pick it up because it has to be programmed. My husband stopped by and was told it would be at least an hour, he should have made an appointment and was berated by both the sales rep Zacharias and the front desk receptionist who chimed in when it was none of her business. For that reason I may return as a customer but will never refer another client to Zacharias. He truly showed his young age and lack of experience in dealing with the public.

A real disappointment.

A real disappointment. The wait was over 2 hours and that was with an appointment. I bought my car here 2 years ago and had purchased another 2 previously. This place used to be a class act. Compared to the Lexus dealerships in NY on Long Island it’s schlock. The ambience is truly awful. Wall to wall cubbies, bodies and terrible coffee. A real factory atmosphere. Oh and I have to come back tomorrow cause they didn’t have the part on a 2 year old car.

Returned on Friday to replace the malfunctioning part. I must say I was in and out in 40 minutes with a washed and vacuumed car, which was terrific. I want to give kudos to Wendy my service representative who constantly communicated with me, called me when the part came in and made sure that the car was in and out in a timely fashion. She represented the dealership well. I hope in the future that I don’t experience a 2 wait.
