We drive several hours to do business with them because of the outstanding quality of their employees and the attention they provide in assisting with individual needs. Our associate, Steve McNeely, was exceptional in every way. He stayed in touch with us throughout the entire sales process, keeping us informed of when our car might be arriving and was very accommodating in arranging for delivery to us. I would like to add that in addition to being very competent as a sales associate, Mr McNeely was very personable, friendly and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. He is a wonderful example of the way business should be conducted and a true asset to JM Lexus. We would just like to say a heartfelt thank you to Steve for working with us and all of his help!

Just need someone to go over the buttons Got locked out of my car in the rain as the doors did not open. Called Jonathon and he told me what to do Professional. Kind and concerning.
