JM Lexus in Margate is wonderful place to buy a new car. Steve McNeely, Tim Spellman and their team were easy to work with. We were looking for a specific car that was difficult to find and the Team was able to deliver as promised. Inside of the car was dirty! Grease on the inside driver door😩 I asked not to wash the outside of my car, but that’s no reason for the interior to be dirtier than when it came to your dealership!!! I have the Fidelity (JM&A) prepaid maintenance plus….i believe that maybe a problem for your dealership because once before I was told my tires were rotated after inspection of my vehicle that wasn’t the case they apologize took the vehicle back in to the shop and rotated the tires!!! That caused me to be at the dealership that much longer..Hmmm I was not happy with that… I have no problem the Service advisor Xavier he always keeps me updated with what happing with the vehicle with a call or text
