Ryan Manfre is an exemplary salesman. He understands the importance of fostering a trusting relationship with the customers. He effectively and promptly responded to all questions/inquiries and went "above and beyond" to be helpful. Having a salesman like Ryan Manfre makes the purchase process easy and pleasant. You are in very good hands when Ryan Manfre is your salesman. Kudos are also extended to Marge Stola in the Service Department. My experience at Motorworld was the best I’ve had over any other dealership. They were clearly out for my best interest in finding a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. I worked with Dave Bell and I can’t say enough great things about him. He was friendly and very communicative throughout the whole process. He talked to me as though we’ve worked together before. He was not pushy or intrusive. His approach was unlike other salespeople I met elsewhere. Dave made the process easy, stress-free, and fun. He really worked hard on the sale keeping my best interests at top of mind. I’m thrilled with the car I bought and will definitely request Dave by name when I’m ready for my next vehicle.

The whole experience was very pleasant, except waiting for the paperwork (which took more than an hour). Brian was an amazing help, and worked with my needs throughout the sale, including taking the care to my home so someone with mobility issues could look at it before we closed the sale.

We were looking for a very specific vehicle, color of interior and exterior was of primary importance. We knew of Lexus, Volvo, and Subaru but we had not yet looked over Honda or Acura. After our first telecom with Mark we could tell that he was enthusiastic and detail oriented about vehicles. My wife and I met with Mark the next day and his enthusiasm moved into analytical mode. He took us out in a Lexus and then an Acura. After the two test drives, we sat and talked about specifications and warrenties. Mark introduced to the warrenty manager (Ryan), the finance manager (Brian) and the general manager (Richard)...great team. After hearing our needs, Richard gave us his opinion that the Lexus seemed to best meet our needs. His opinion was logical, not in any way pushy, and this meant a lot to us. After that day of test driving and discussions we went home, decided on the Lexus NX350, and sent a text to Mark that night. The next day we drove home in our Nori Green, 2023 beauty.
