These guys are the best.

These guys are the best. They went above and beyond in every way to make our experience wonderful. 1. Staff came to ithaca from big flats to restart and drive our non-starting trade-in car, at no charge. 2. Gave preliminary appraisal for 2 trade-in cars from photos so we could decide about what deal was best for us. That was so helpful! 3. Had the new car we wanted so no ordering and waiting was necessary. 4. Sweetened the trade-in deal to make sure we were happy. 5. Positive and friendly attitude from every single person we met. 6. Seamless coordination between 2 different brand offices (subaru and honda) and service center for trade-in to make the deal very easy for us. 7. Extremely respectful of my husband, who has cognitive difficulties. In short, it was actually a delightful experience. Every problem evaporated under the salesman's cheerful stewardship. We are very happy customers.

Sales people nice. Bought forester march 8th and I'm still waiting on how to get the $50 visa card for test drive

I purchased my third and first new outback at this

I purchased my third and first new outback at this dealership because of the service on my prior Outback. If my car needs to stay overnight I am given a loaner. The service people explain everything and are on top of their game. And the service manager is available for answers too.

Simmons-Rockwell was recommended to me by a coworker.

Simmons-Rockwell was recommended to me by a coworker. She said, “They don’t haggle or play games, because they already have the best deals.” She is correct. I live several hours away, but it’s worth the drive to come to Simmons-Rockwell! This dealership has always made things easier for me and my family. With this last purchase, I knew exactly what I wanted. A dealership closer to my home quoted me over 4k more for the same vehicle. With this purchase, Simmons-Rockwell had me in and out in 30 minutes!

We were looking for a Subaru Forester or Outback and

We were looking for a Subaru Forester or Outback and decided on Simmons Rockwell because of price and that it is less than an hour from home. We wound up buying a 2025 Forester. Everything about this transaction was great except for one thing. We brought our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT in excellent shape to trade towards the new car. We were offered $500 and in shock of the low ball offer not to mention we were insulted and decided not to trade it in. A few days later we brought the Caravan to our local dealer (Matthews) in Vestal, NY and they offered to buy it for $3200. That's right $2700 more than Simmons Rockwell offered us. So we sold it to them and walked away with a check for $3200 right then and there. No hassle or haggle! Despite this our salesman was great.

This was the second vehicle I purchased at this

This was the second vehicle I purchased at this dealership. I returned because of the excellent service I received on my first purchase and because of the friendly sales people who made the purchase seem effortless. I was impressed with the sales person's knowledge and appreciated not being pressured.
