The Service Writer who handled the appointment and over saw the service was extremely personable and thorough throughout the process.

The overall experience was fair and that's because I'm used to dealing with a smaller dealership when purchasing vehicles. I felt like a number and the sales person was a little bit on the pushy side. The finance guy was fantastic and went over everything the sales person didn't cover.
