I worked with Andrew and he worked very hard to get me a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. He was great at customer service and the whole team was helpful. Would definitely buy another Chevrolet there again.

Never has a major purchase been so easy and quick. Andrew located the vehicle and I was driving it within 24 hours. Charles in Finance had everything ready and all I had to do was sign as he explained everything. The dealership was neat and clean and everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! I will definitely tell all my friends to Buy at Fred Beans Chevrolet. They can't be beat.

It was a pleasure buying a vehicle from the sales team (Bruce H - Mark D). It could not have been a better experience. I will be back !!!

While i waited for my car to get done i went into town. A shuttle took me there. That was good. I appreciated it. But when the car was done the shuttle was not close by so someone from the dealership used my car to come get me. I found that wierd and rude that someone was driving my car. You are a dealership I'm sure you have lots of cars on the lot to use so why Use my car. Thats just not acceptable.

Everyone went out of their way to help us during our wait for our car.

First went to inquire about purchasing a used vehicle with more room for family and long story made short, I walked away with a new lease on a beautiful Silverado. Went at lunch just to inquire about things and explain my situation and then came back after work with my young daughter to start the process. Everyone was very friendly and did the best to keep my daughter comfortable. As someone else mentioned, they have a dinner to welcome new buyers, rewards program, and other incentives. A big thank you to Allen, Andrew, and staff.

Having gone thru service since 2009 I can say that every time I have been.more then satisfied with the service and professionalism of the service department. Advisors and technicians both. Truly treated in a professional and courteous manner.

My sunroof was stuck in the open position. I contacted FB Chevy around 8am. Bruce answered the phone and was very accommodating getting me in the same day. I was greeted by Steve. Again, very accommodating and both professional. My car was repaired with a simple recall that I was not aware of my car even having. I requested the car be ready by 4pm. Steve made note of that and everything was done before that time. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

Bruce in service was great met all of our needs we live in the Scranton area about 140 miles away and he got us a rental to take home no extra charge answered all our questions took extremely good care of the high top conversion van I saw him get a rag himself and wipe off smudges on the door. The service people that worked on it were GREAT and should be recognized as well as Bruce. When calling another service man helped us with a lot of questions ,his name was Steve but I never got an opportunity to met him but wanted to recognize him as well. Bruce GREAT JOB !!!
