This is the second new truck I've bought from Fred Beans Chevrolet in Doylestown PA. Even though we live 50 miles from the dealership the ride was well work. We dealt with Andrew Cohen, a highly experienced and professional sales rep. I found a truck I wanted and Andrew and I discussed the deal over the phone. I got what my insurance company USAA called a great deal. It was made even better when I received a lot more than I thought I was going to get in trade in value. I was confident enough in Andrew and the way Fred Beans does business, that I brought the old truck, the title, preapproved financing and a check with me. I wasn't disappointed. My wife and I drove home in a new loaded 2015 Silverado 1500 4x4. I was also glad to see our sales rep from our purchase 4yrs ago. Larry Storm is now a sales manager for Fred Beans.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Fred Beans Chevrolet. Everybody was extremely professional and eager to help me out. The service was done within the time frame that was provided. I was notified on the progress of the service. It was very easy to rent a car while my car was being serviced and I felt that I didn't have to worry about anything.

I needed some work done. From the time I entered the service center I was treated very professionally. I needed a shuttle to take me home and bring me back. That was done in a timely manner. Everything was handled in a way that I would definitely come back and recommend to others

Everybody is friendly and helpful, service department always gets me in and out quickly, shuttle is very convenient, and we always request Joe to service the car and we are always happy with what he does.

The Service Manager Steve did everything he could (as well as his service team) to listen to my concerns and make my visit quite "painless" and took care of my issue very quickly!
