Outstanding experience!

Andrew Cohan had followed up on my return lease for a couple of months. Never any pressure and basically letting me know he was there for me. When I arrived today he gathered some necessary information about what I was looking for. Within minutes he had the vehicle and the program I was looking for. Everyone was courteous and professional. Andrew did an wonderful job and made our overall experience outstanding. Marc Donahue once again greeted us and made us feel right at home.

Friendly Atmosphere

Andrew was so helpful with details about the SUV and the trade in on the truck. The facility was clean and very welcoming as well as all of the employees, they were very friendly. Andrew was very personable and talked to you as if he has known you for years.

Flawless Experience, Thanks!

I came to Fred Beans Chevrolet after leaving another local Chevy dealership because of a sub-par experience. The salesman Dan immediately took me under his wing and picked up right where the other place should have ultimately never left off. He listened intently to get me into the right kind of car for me - no pressure at all! I owe a lot of credit to the people at Fred Beans Chevy. Dan and Charles really put in some hard work to get a deal [along with a few great incentives!] in place and I was driving my brand new Equinox within 24 hours. The entire process was truly flawless. I am very impressed.

Happy Customer! We love Dan!

I bought a used Ford Escape recently with Dan Sweeney, and had minimal issues and an overall great experience. I came first to the dealership's previously owned lot on a weeknight around 6, we were directed to Dan and he printed out all information for me about the vehicle I was interested in. He didn't try to get all of my information abruptly, as many salesmen do. He instead ensured that I had all of the materials I needed to decide on this car (as my first car!). My dad and I came back about a week later to buy this car, and Dan did a surprisingly good job of dealing with my sometimes argumentative father. He obviously has experience, and we bought the car-with a great discount-within 1-2 hours, including test driving etc. All issues (scratches, broken remote-key start) were fixed quickly and the car was delivered to my house ahead of schedule. Dan Sweeney made sure to make us feel like important customers, and not just a number!

HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I bought a used Certified Equinox from them in March. In April I started having issues with it. I took it back, they "flashed the computer". 6 weeks later the same issue returned. They told me to take it to my local dealer for repair since I don't live close to them. I did that, the repairs from April were not in the computer so the local dealer had to re flash the computer. 6 weeks after that the problem came back. I called Fred Beans and spoke to Mark his attitude "I told you to take it to your local dealer" I told him I did. He repeated "take it to your local dealer or bring it back and I'll take it back as a trade in at trade in value". I called Fred Beans himself (who is at the Ford Dealership in Doylestown). He never returned my call in fact his secretary to me he told her to tell me he was "too busy to take to me and Mark was to take care of me". When I explained that Mark's reply when I said I was going to call Fred Beans was "go ahead he's just going to direct you back to me" She said well Mr Beans is too busy you'll ha e yo deal with Mark. Now here it is 4 months later and I have to pay $500.00 to get my car repaired because it's no longer covered under warranty and Fred Beans told me they won't do anything for me. I asked for the service records because they weren't in the computer for my local dealer to see and they gave me the run around about privacy acts and not being able to release the Information to me.

Car Inspection

It was my first time taking my truck to get inspected here. I was charged a high rate for what had to be done but I thought it was understandable for a 10 year old truck. Break and rotors were replaced but now produce a continuous loud screeching sound because all the rust wasn't removed, we were told to come back after a week to reset the check engine light and were told that they would remove the rest of the rust. After dropping my car off I got a call saying that it would be an additional $500 to remove the rust even though they said they would take care of it. My truck is in pretty great shape for it's age, including a minimal amount of scratches, however, after leaving it there for one day, the amount of scratches nearly tripled including one running along the whole side, normally I'm not bothered when mistakes or accidents happen but all the scratches show the absolute carelessness in which the car was handled. It was pretty disappointing especially how hard it is to keep a car In good condition. In the end not only was I upset but I also felt ripped off and am certainly telling all my friends and family to not come here so that they don't feel the same way.

Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ 2015

Great Salesman, Excellent Service!

I found the car I was shopping for online. I spoke with Andrew over chat and scheduled my visit. Once I got there I was greeted by a very friendly salesperson who directed me where to go. Andrew, my salesman answered all of my questions and concerns and then I went for my test drive. Erica went with me and she was a pleasure to speak to during the drive. Got back to the lot and I was sure that this was the car for me. Andrew explained all of the bells & whistles that came with my new car, finished up the paperwork and got my keys. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the staff was extremely pleasant and courteous. I'll definitely recommend Fred Beans to all of my family and friends and when I need to buy another car, that's the place I'll go. Thanks again Andrew, you're the best!

2014 Camaro SS

I've had the pleasure of making two Chevrolet purchases with Fred Beans Chevrolet of Doylestown. On both occasions I have found the sales staff to be experienced, courteous, and very military friendly. I have experienced customer satisfaction on two occasions and plan on making a future purchase when I am in need of a four wheel drive Chevy pick-up. A special Thanks to our sales rep Andrew on our most recent Chevrolet buying experience. Andrew was very proficient and had everything correct with our new Chevy purchase. He was very prepared and on time first thing on a Saturday morning..Thanks again!
