Great Experience Purchasing a New Car

Allen Schwartz was great to deal with. He always returned our phone calls and emails when we were negotiating trading in our car. He and the sales manager Mark worked with us and were very fair and reasonable. We traveled about 45 minutes from our home to get the vehicle and they did not disappoint.

Everyone was extremely helpful and great to work with and knowledgeable. Our car is low on mileage even though we have had it for a few year and luckily our issue was still covered under warranty. Thanks for great service

Another Satisified Customer

I thoroughly enjoyed my new car buying experience at Fred Beans. My salesman Andrew Cohen was great. He took his time and explained everything in detail throughout the process. He answered all my questions and put up with me changing my mind from the front wheel drive Equinox (which he already had detailed and ready for me) to the All-wheel drive Equinox. He pulled the car and had it detailed while we went through the rest of the car buying process. Charles in finance took his time and explained that part of the process in detail. Andrew and one of the other salesman (forgot his name sorry) got me set up with my on star account and the app for it on my smartphone. The dealership was very clean and nice looking. Everyone was very helpful. It was a great all around experience as I was in urgent need of a vehicle and not sure what I was going to do. I am very excited and happy with my purchase.

ONE THOUSAND STARS

I ended up purchasing a new Chevrolet here, over 40 mins away from my home and bypassing about ten closer dealers because I wanted to do all of the haggling over email. I find it tortuous to go into a dealership. I hate games and wasting time. They all try to get you in there and I know why. Anyway, of all the dealers I emailed, more than ten, Andrew Cohen gave me a great deal out of the starting gate. Nobody else could touch his deal. He ran my trade by the VIN and we sealed it up over email and he delivered my new car to me today and took my trade. This was the best buying experience i have ever had. If you are smart you will give Andrew your business. No games, no haggling, easy and a great value.

Great buying experience, clean facility!

Walked into the dealership and was greeted by a friendly sales person. there was no high pressure sales pitch. The whole process went smoothly and we were out the door in no time. Our sales person was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealer and sales person to any friend.

A very pleasant buying experience. I was not pressured into buying extras I did not want. I was given an excellent price with no haggling needed. The salesman, Andrew, was very good.
