They charged me 500$ to tighten the battery connections.
They charged me 500$ to tighten the battery connections. Misled me saying the issue needed more complex diagnostics. Then when the results was that it was the simplest and cheapest fix possible but they missed it and supposedly did all this diagnostic work unnecessarily. Then didn't adjust to the correct diagnostic fee. I have reached out to the service department to adjust the charges and they are ignoring me. So I will reach out to corporate too.

Worked in service for Ford, BMW, and Lexus in my 40 years in the car business.. I purchased a beautiful 19 Edge ST. Dane was awesome. Finance was awesome. Vehicle not equipped with a spare its suppost to have a tire inflator kit as oe. Asked for help when Dane followed up for assistance with getting one. Said we would speak to uc mgr. That was over a week ago. No response at all. Very disappointed. I would still recommend the dealer and Dane. Would just say make sure everything is right before you write the check.

Receptionist was great and fast, came in for state Inspection and Emissions and was done in around 35 minutes. Definitely recommend them!
