Once again Davis outshines the others! They sent me an email regarding my lease and a buyback program - I stopped in just to see what it was about and a few hours later was home with a new lease and a great vehicle!

This is my second vehicle I purchased from Davis Acura and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Richard Conti asked me what I wanted in my new car and sure enough he found me exactly what I was looking for. With help from Ed Riley and Dan Connor I was able to drive my new car off the lot that day. Everyone was a tremendous help and I'm grateful for all of their help to put me in the best car for me.

Great, fast, friendly experience buying 2016 MDX
Alice did a terrific job in every way. From the moment I arrived she was friendly and knowledgeable about the cars and inventory. Alice always called me back the day after a visit to check in with me, which saved me the trouble of finding her number, picking up the phone and calling her. All paperwork for test drives and the purchase was completed on her own time, and was ready and waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. The team was responsive to my concerns on cost and the price I received (for the purchase and the trade in) was very fair. I think I only spent a total of 1.5 hours on this entire transaction from beginning to end. Finally, Alice was a super-pleasant person and made the experience totally enjoyable. Dan did an equally good job flying through the paperwork, yet still explained what I was signing.

Great Sales Experience with Rich Conti
I purchased a 2016 RDX at Davis Acura. I had been a long-time Infiniti or NIssan owner (since 1980--with a couple of others along the way.) Loved those cars better than the Mercedes CLK and the Lexus SC430 that I owned briefly). But now that I am driving the 2016 Acura RDX for over a month, it clearly tops all the previous vehicles that I have owned--including the 2003 BMW 330 convertible (that I still own). Funny to say this, but I also thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with the Acura Salesman, Rich Conti. By the time the day ended, I felt like a member of his family. And I'm convinced that he gave me the best possible deal that he could wrangle and still make a small profit for himself. I'm looking forward to continuing the warm and fruitful relationship with Rich. If you are shopping at Davis Acura, be sure to ask for Rich. (Though I suspect you'll have a good experience with any of the Sales staff). I have to figure out somewhere to go today so I can have a drive in the new RDX. By the way, if you have trouble driving at night, the headlights on my new RDX (with Technical Package) are the best I've ever had. No problems seeing the road ahead at all. And the car-in-blindspot warning is a fantastic safety device. I suspect LOTS of potential accidents will be avoided with that one feature working. Thanks Rich Conti, for the great experience and for convincing me to purchase the 2016 RDX. It's a joy to drive, and I'm looking forward to seeing you when I come in for regular maintenance.

Love my new car
Decided I needed to replace my ten-year old Subaru. Saw the car I wanted online and made an appointment to stop and see the car after work that day. Spoke with Amy. She was very nice. and helpful. Salesperson Alice and I took the car out for a test drive. Alice was very friendly and helpful. - a pleasure to work with. I decided that this was the car I wanted and then it was time for the finance portion of the program. They were a bit short-handed that night and we kind of rushed through this bit, but then I've been through this enough times that I really had few questions. Dan was very helpful with my trade-in for which I needed a duplicate title. The only thing I would have liked is to have been told what the actual costs were rather than simply the effect on the monthly payment. Left there with my new (used) car and I absolutely love it. I did discover one problem with the car (the rear wiper isn't working). I have an appointment with the service department to get this fixed.
