The service is great. Have used same service and mechanics for years! That is why I go to Faulkner for so many years. My car is older but low mileage and need to make sure all is good.

Dealership was friendly. Salesman, Bruce Glantz, worked with me. He was very knowledgeable about the cars & their features. Low pressure. When I decided to buy, they gave me a good deal and low financing. Salesman Bruce spent lots of time explaining car features after purchase and offered additional help anytime.

everything went fine but service had suggested a $45 fee to clean off battery cables and I denied that service. I checked the cable area myself and it was not corroded or dirty at all.

Marc was a wonderful help when it came to all of my leasing questions. I was able to email him multiple times during my leasing period and he answered all of my questions. When it was time to renew, he made the process easy and painless. I even had to bring in my daughter with me to finalize everything and he had everything ready for me so she wouldn't have to wait for too long. She left with Toyota merchandise and a Car Fox that she is obsessed with and I left happy with my new, reliable car.

I purchased a used car from them, and within two weeks was getting the check engine light. The service department worked with me over the phone and took my car in quickly to assess it. It actually needed a major repair that they covered under the 30 day warranty. I was prepared for them to try to convince me that my issue wouldn't be covered, but fortunately that never happened.

Excellent service. Prompt and efficient. I take my car here even after it is out of warranty. This is a great place to do business.

I didn't purchase my Toyota sienna from this dealership but they service my vehicle as if they sold it to me. without any charges. I'm very pleased with their services.
