The staff was very friendly . The dealership showroom was very clean . They offer free coffee . The waiting area was very clean had spaces to charge your phone . Even had vending machines just incase you needed a snack while you wait for you vehicle.

Most honest and caring car dealership in the Nissan world. Car selection is great. The care salesmen and big guy behind the big desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had lunch for the customers which was very nice as well

I have purchased three cars from Chapman Nissan and they take care of all my car maintenance. I’m very satisfied with the service I received. Recently, Dwayne and Johnny (technician) took very good care of my car inspection and repairs. Both was very helpful.

Horrible customer service. Treated our issue with utter disregard. Bad-to-nonexistent communication. Someone needs to teach them how to treat people who rely on their expertise to advise.

Great experience from the time Dwayne opened my car to let me out. Went in for oil change. Give me the recommended service for my miles with no pressure. It was a good deal so I agreed. I thought I would be all day but it was in and out.
