Lack of prioritization, took the whole weekend to change
Lack of prioritization, took the whole weekend to change a tire. Once I paid my car was set in the back and forgotten about. Had to keep in constant contact to get my the work done and was told since my rep was out that was part of the reason my car couldn’t get worked on along with lack of equipment.

Great service when needed. Dwayne is a great with his customer service everytime. Always a great customer experience with him and he has a lot of class. Definitely would promote him to higher up if so. Same along with Tony the other customer service rep. 💪🏾
