They would not honor the vehicle service contract I paid $3,500 for. The advisor behind the desk seemed to have no clue of what was going on. If I find my VSC is not compatible with Peruzzi, then I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Thank you for expressing your concerns about your warranty. We honor most service policies. The one you presented was from an outside insurance company that requires prior authorization to approve any work. We gladly tried to contact your company; however, they were closed on the Saturday you came in for service. Without authorization, you would have to pay for any service provided and then submit the bill for reimbursement. Ethan went out of his way to tell me what to with the problem with my car he seemed honest what i needed to do so hopefully i can it get resolved which this should save me over 2 grand
