Great Experience

My salesman was a young man by the name of Matt Stoll. He was professional and very easy to talk to. Would definitely buy from him again or recommend him to my friends.

Professional Service

Overall, satisfied. No complimentary car wash. On all of my prior visits, I have received one. 3% Fee for Credit Card should be absorbed my merchant ad cost of doing business.

Disappointed.

Disappointed. unprofessional staff. Lacking customer service, no transparency. Not thinking from customer perspective. Did not honor their own coupons. Charged 3% for credit/debit card payments

Horrible.

Horrible. From the start, thi am a woman looking at a specific used car, they demand to know your "intentions" before you even see the car. I drove over an hr to get there, what do they thinky intentions are? Then after i express my concerns, frank the manager tells me i should just "trust" them and give them money, or else they wont even take a look at the car. They he tells me to leave because his feelings are hurt that i dont trust him. Up there as the worst dealers ive ever dealt with. They should have paid me, just to talk to them. Manager takes money out of his salesperson s hands by doing this. Abusive behavior.

That did not happen. There was no accusation of lying when at the dealership. And there was no behavior by me that happened "from the "beginning." Th only thing that happened "from the beginning" was being grilled by your employees. Your own service employee agreed that there could be an issue with the car and it would be a simple fix. Frank refused to even consider it without my handing over money. You are expecting people to come to your dealership and hand out $20,000 plus, while being abused. Your response to this review is completely without merit. I would never ever come back to your business, nor suggest anyone else do so.
