Arrowhead Honda The Best
My experience with car dealers in the past has not been one that I have enjoyed. However, at Arrowhead Honda I felt like an important person. Johnny Martinez, our salesperson and Jason Heximer, our business manager treated us respectfully through the entire experience. Thank you all very much and I will be pleased to continue doing business with Arrowhead Honda.

"We Love Arrowhead Honda"
This is Robin, only because, I came to Arrowhead back in 2002 to pick out a new car, I then met a great salesman Michael Hershberger who was fantastic. Then in 2006, Ken and I came in to just inquire on an Accord and we had another great salesman, who I cannot remember his name to this day, but he was a retired Dentist then came to AZ and worked with you folks for awhile. Then, in 2010, Ken and I came in once again only to browse and inquire on a potential lease, which we did do on a new 2011 Honda Civic through Ken Jugan. This brings us to date with another inquiry yesterday with Carey. I, Robin did ask if Ken was on site, but he was in a meeting. But, Carey was super. He took Ken immediately out to the 'yard' and test drove a new HRV, not the one we bought, but Ken loved it and Carey's information and detailed answers to questions were wonderful. We did deliberate for awhile, since this does make 4 new cars now, I was determined to make it interesting for all of us. I love humor and I was so glad that Chris the little guy from finance fit right in there and we did have a good day. Both Ken and I have had wonderful experience's with you all and we do tell others about them and encourage them to go see you. In your service department, Brian Coover who is no longer with you was one terrific guy to us. Always got us in and out in good time. Never a bad word to say, he was just a great guy. David Magee, the little guy, as we call him, just as super. He has the same basic demeanor as Brian and we always knew we'd be in and out as soon as we could. Great guys. The one time we needed assistance from Breanna and you Jill were great, as well. I'll not go into that except to say...would you like a 'donut'. heehaw. Everyone of you are really professional and you carry yourselves really well. We are both proud to say we are Arrowhead Honda Customers. Thank you, very much. This is my family dealership!
My family has purchased four vehicles from Dino Krallis and the care we receive is over the top. He is patient, accommodating to scheduling and even came back to work late on a Saturday night to ensure I could secure the vehicle is wanted!

Awesome!
This is my second car from Arrowhead and both experiences have been flawless. Dino worked with me both times to get an awesome deal and I have been very happy with all aspects of the process, sales, finance, service. I would say if you are in the market for a new car go to Arrowhead and look for Dino!

Great Experience
First time Honda buyer but we have bought a number of new cars from various dealers in the valley, both as walk in customers and through internet purchase. Our experience at Arrowhead was better than any other. Friendly, non-pushy sales and documentation processes were a breath of fresh air. Not that they didn't try to up-sell us, I mean that is just part of buying a car, but their up-sale approach was not overly aggressive. They really seemed interested in the customer, not just the customers money. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will likely purchase from them again in the future. They were the dealer we were referred to through the Costco program, and I am glad they were. Summer Smith, who worked with us when picking up our Pilot, was a real pleasure to deal with, as was Jason Heximer.

Arrowhead Honda: This is my second new CRV purchased in the last 10 years. My 2005 CRV lasted the longest I have ever had any vehicle. I also purchased a used Civic in 2004. Mike Diley was very responsive on line before I came to the store and a lot was prepared before I got to the dealership. Mike is very congenial and pleasant to speak with and offers great customer experiences and vehicle knowledge. Jeffrey in Finance was persistent in connecting with the best financing possible and is very knowledgeable. I have always had great service with my 2005 CRV with Tom as well through the years!
