Amazing
I thought I was going to go there and was ready for a day of hassles but it was amazing instead. James was wonderful and so very helpful. Mike helped me find a car with no pressure at all and I was able to make up my mind and was never rushed. Picked my car and walked out with a way better deal than I even expected. Great Buying Experience!
It was a truly great time--hassle free buying and we drove out with the car we wanted. We did not expect to drive home a new car that day, but Dino and the staff made it happen. Dino Krallis made the discovery part totally fun--we explored the car options and settled on our dream car. Then the process continued and was handled smoothly and efficiently by Dino and the staff. Best Honda Dealership in the Valley
I hate buying a car. I shopped at 4 other Honda dealerships before I went to see Summer at Arrowhead. I shouldn't have wasted my time with the others. Arrowhead is by far the best. It's rare that I come away from a dealership without wanting to punch someone, but Summer was actually a pleasure to work with. No hassle, no drama, no sitting around for 3 hours while waiting for the salesman to talk to some mythical finance man. I was in and out in an hour and I left with a normal blood pressure. That's a first.

Unbelievable service.
Bri Westbrook met us at the dealership in August and made us feel welcome. We told her what we wanted and she walked us over to a HRV and she went over the details. We went back to Michigan. She kept us informed and when we returned at the end of October,she even picked us up at the airport. Within a couple of hours we were on our way to our home in Sun City Festival in our new car. We really appreciated her friendly and helpful attitude . We would recommend Bri and Arrowhead Honda to our friends.

Thanks to the team at Arrowhead Honda. Our ssalesperson, Tony Cicala assisted us in finding the vehicle that matched our needs and wishes. Excellent job. To continue the experience, Jason Heximer, in Finance, explained all aspects of financing. He also listened very carefully to our wants and made sure he found what we wanted in extended warranties and protection of the car.
