The sale Rep was kind , patient , not pushy. Which I real appreciated. I’ve purchase a few cars from this dealership . But this was the nicest sale person by far . Thank you so much Wes for your help & kindness with my new vehicle

Really not happy about this experience.

Really not happy about this experience. I originally booked the appointment for a recall and to check squeaking. They had my car for most of Saturday only to not have recall parts even though I scheduled the appointment in advance. I took time off of work on Monday to take the car back and was told only three hours. It took way longer because they STILL didn’t have the part. I was then promised it would be finished by 4pm which I banked on since I had and extremely important 5pm commitment. They did not pull my car up until after 5pm. Since then I called my service person back to explain noise I heard when breaking since they replaced the breaks and NO ONE has called me back. Worse service ever. Additionally when I got there Monday I specifically said I need a shuttle back home as I only took a half day from work. I was told the shuttle just left. After waiting 40 minutes the shuttle was still not there and I was told sorry. That’s it just sorry. I ordered and paid for an Uber only then did the shuttle show back up. Mind you he only had one person in the shuttle when he left. You all gotta do better. This is not acceptable service.

I went in for an oil change service. I was greeted immediately. The service tech explained the process thoroughly and had me in and out swiftly. I will come back for all my services or future car needs.

Service Autonation Nissan in tempe autoplex

Service and Sales are always great. The car has a problem with the break electronic switch that causes the car to not start. This issue keeps happening every 8 months or so. They can't fix it under warranty until they can reproduce it, which means I have to wait for the car to be basically inoperable to get it fixed. This issue has made it so I won't buy a nissan again and will likely get rid of this one soon. Too bad, because the dealer and service are awesome.

I took my 1996 Nissan Pathfinder to auto Plex Nissan

I took my 1996 Nissan Pathfinder to auto Plex Nissan dealership. Vehicle was left for repair for replacement of four sensors for three weeks. I tried contacting Sarah the service manager who would not return her calls after leaving messages on both her personal cell phone and work phone. I ended up having to drive to the dealership three times to get information from her. I gave her authorization to order oxygen sensors twice and it was never done because she said she was too busy and didn’t wanna bother with it. When I picked up the car in the parking lot outside, it was filthy inside and out and the battery was dead. I got a jump in the idle was much worse than it ever has been when I left the vehicle. I paid $950 previously to have the car worked on and it’s worse conditions and I have it. Sarah was very inconsiderate and head for customer relations and communications. I definitely would not recommend this dealership.

They were very courteous and helpful in helping my wife

They were very courteous and helpful in helping my wife and I find a really nice pre-owned car. It turned out to be the 2020 Honda Odyssey XL which I think is fully loaded and in great condition and low miles. An AAA+ group of people there with a no-hassle deal that got done. Thanks.
