Pain in the xxx all around.

Pain in the xxx all around. Should've walked away when I had the chance. Whole purchase process painful starting with the xxxxxxxx KBB offer (fyi, if you do this and they, KBB, give you an offer, the dealer will still fvck you on it). Then, I have a "we owe" for a second key on a used truck. Followed up several times to ensure I had a key prior to moving across the country. I drive one hour in the middle of the workday (where I had to take time-off), only to get there and be told they didn't have the key. Surely this is something they should have known ahead of time. Can't find any contact info for anyone at the dealer, have no idea how I will be able to resolve the key issue. I have zero confidence they will without my direct action. Overall, pretty much the worst experience I've ever had. If it's not to late, I suggest you run.

Great experience from start to finish! No haggle dealership and wonderful customer service. At delivery of the vehicle Jake reviewed all the features of the car and made sure to answer any questions I had.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Jake greeted us and we showed him which car we were interested in and from there everything went smoothly. Everyone at the dealership made sure we were comfortable while we waited for the paperwork to be completed. Jake explained all the features of the car to us in great detail and I felt very comfortable driving off the lot in my new car. It was a great experience.
