Had 11 an appointment made dat before.

Had 11 an appointment made dat before. Was told would take 1.5 hours and got my truck bad in the said time. What more could I ask for

The weight was like almost to 4-Hour wait the first

The weight was like almost to 4-Hour wait the first person of contact didn't advise me that I might have to leave the car there he just said okay go have a seat in the lounge and someone will be with you I was there at 7:00 in the morning then about 10:00 I called and then a nice man named Emilio and for me that they should have told me that I would probably have to leave the car there was something like the problem I was having my car checked for what's that first person didn't tell me that but other than that it went well

I called on Wednesday to schedule a service appointment

I called on Wednesday to schedule a service appointment for my 370Z, plus my convertible top was only opening halfway. I purchased the car with an extended warranty a little over a year ago. Scheduled the appointment for Friday only to be told on Friday there was no one there to look at and diagnose the top issue. They kept the car over the weekend. On Monday at 4PM, I tried repeatedly to connect with service only to continually receive the voicemail. Finally, in exasperation, i connected with sales, who promptly answered the call. They left a message with service. On Tuesday, service told me they were having an issue diagnosing the problem with the top. Finally, on Wednesday they referred me to a convertible specialist (not Nissan). My appointment with them is this week (two weeks after having the car in). Nissan built the 370Z roadster clear up to 2019 so I'm not understanding why a qualified Nissan dealership can't fix the issue.
