Didn’t realize how much it would be a hassle to bring my
Didn’t realize how much it would be a hassle to bring my Nissan here. Lack of communication and information by the tech helper and long waits. The only upside to my visit was the free shuttle ride home when I stopped my car off in the morning. The tech helper said it’s be a few hours but it took 2 days to just diagnose my car. Who knows how much longer it would’ve taken to actually start working on it. Took it to AAMCO Transmissions and got it don’t in 6 hours.

I took my car for an oil change, which took much longer than anticipated. However, they were severely understaffed, so I appreciated my service advisor informing me of this upon my arrival.

I had a horrible experience when I took my car in for an
I had a horrible experience when I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there, I told my service advisor one of my tires was low, and he immediately said they will fill it up when they do the inspection and tire rotation. When it was finished, I noticed the tire was still low, and that tire was in the same location! The advisor took it back, they put air in it, and tried to give it back again without rotating! No manager on premises to speak with. Very disappointed in the service. Not really sure the oil change was even done.

I just wanted to add an update to my earlier review. The GM reached out and offered to do what he could do rectify my bad experience. Because my tire light had already come back on in the few days since I had taken it in, I agreed. The service manager personally oversaw the inspection, found the issue, and did a thorough inspection of the entire car. I am thankful they were able to make it right.
