Service Review - Saul

I have been using Autonation Nissan in Tempe since I've been in Arizona. The help received by Saul has been okay. I will simply state what has happened to me and not include my own personal feelings about the level of service provided. A couple of visits ago, I was told that my battery needed to be replaced at 35,000 miles (2014 Nissan Altima) because of mild corrosion around the cables and the cost would be $130 dollars. I declined. Flash forward to 43,000 miles and Saul now tells me my battery only needs to be cleaned for the price of $45. I ask Saul to replace my wipers and he forgets to do so. After reviewing the work on my car, I notice that Saul had taken note of a cracked front control arm on the passenger side that Saul did not notify me of. When I looked for him to clarify, he was nowhere to be found. After being called on the radio 3 times and PA system once, he was still nowhere to be found. Thankfully, two service advisers who share his office were able to help me out. As I was leaving, I saw Saul in the parking lot sitting in a car.

About as good as it gets

We went to Autonation Nissan in Tempe for a 2018 Nissan Murano and found exactly what we wanted. Lee Harris was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and the Nissan brand. He was attentive, helpful, and listened to our feedback. We also appreciated the honest approach to the purchase process (no haggling). Our experience was truly refreshing and enjoyable.

Very Happy Rogue Sport Owner

After having an absolutely horrible experience at another dealership, Brittany and Bart made buying my vehicle a very pleasant experience and a week later I'm still absolutely in love with my new Rogue Sport. They didn't play games when it came to giving me a fair price, they didn't try to push a car on me that I didn't want, and they didn't make me talk to multiple sales reps before working with me.
