No B.S Review and No B.S experience
AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful. I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated. The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.

Outstanding Customer Service

Great Service at AutoNation Nissan Tempe
I purchased my 2011 Nissan Rogue new in 2011. The buying experience was great! I have had all my services performed there since then. Every experience has been great!

No more rattle but have to bring it back
Fixed rattle but mis aligned window and will have to bring back. Also very poor communication through process

Great Car Buying Exerience
A great car buying experience. One of the best options was the ability to reserve a car after viewing online. Justin and Carlos were awesome. They were very courteous and respectful. I made an appointment to see the car. We made a deposit and was promised the car would have all mechanical and detail work completed within 4 days. They exceeded expectations by having it ready for pick up earlier than expected.

Didn’t live up to there word failed big time
I was promised a loner car I called all week too confirm this.. she stated I have you down. I got there at 7 am and then give them my car then they came back and said I don’t have any loner car. Now I am stuck here with my daughter and trying figure out how too get her too school and my self too work this was an absolute epic fail on this dealership and the bad part didn’t even get hey I’m sorry let see what we can do they pushed me too go rent a car. I am so over dealing with Nissan and my whole family goes here that the bad part can’t wait too pay off this car too go too another car dealership that will treat me as a person instead of number they I had too take my car back This was the worst experience ever
