The customer service that I receive from Chapman BMW is always excellent. Matt Konecek is my service advisor and has always treated me great. He is very professional and has always taken care of my car on a moments notice. Customer service is so very important to people, I wish there were more people like Matt!!

I had an excellent experience with the purchase of my new 530i at Chapman BMW. I worked with Mike Schaffer and it was the easiest process ever. I had done my research & knew what I wanted. Mike & I worked out the details. I arrived at the dealership, we completed the paperwork & I drove away with my new car in just over an hour. Excellent service!

My experience at Chapman BMW from day one has been very professional. Matt Konecek has treated me not as just a customer but as a friend. He is there to answer any questions I have and how to better my service contract. I’ll continue to take my business to Chapmen BMW and maybe upgrade my vehicle to a newer model. In conclusion, what sticks out the most of my last experience there is not only being treat well by Matt Konecek, but the different loaner I drove. I own a 328i and I drove an X1 which I’m considering when it’s time to change my car. Matt is a type of employee that Chapmen BMW should take care of and be lucky to have working for them.

Had a great experience!
I brought my car in for a regular service, and they went above and beyond. They installed a missing emblem and corrected a couple issues without charging. Andrew was concerned about my needs and took care of them for me. I will always return to Andrew and Chapman BMW.

Tony paid great attention to the details.
Tony explained how my car would be repaired and how long the process would take. My car is good as new. Tony knew it was due for an oil change so they took care of that too.
