Great experience
My check engine light popped up one morning so I drove the the dealer without and appointment. As I pulled in my name was on the monitor and Mike was ready to help me. He was friendly and didn't make a big deal out of not having an appointment. He was able to get my other condition based service done at the same time as well as put me into a loaner for the time being. Great service.

Alexander was awesome!!
I found a bmw that i liked online and decided to go see it. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by two very nice ladies at the front desk who asked what car i wanted to see and was getting some info when alexander walked up. We went to go find the car i had seen online, well we realized the car i had seen was in phoenix, not this location. I really wanted a car that had warranty left, so Alexander found the perfect car for me! I ended up with a newer bmw, that still had warranty, and even maintenance included! I got it for exactly the payment i was looking for, and it even had low mileage! Alexander took the time to show me all the features on the car, he even paired my phone with the radio! I forgot his name, but the guy in financing was awesome as well! If you want a great car for a great price and great people to help you do that, come here they are awesome!

Quick Fix
I recently moved to this area and was ready to head out for a road trip, when I discovered a warning light in my X3. I called Service and had the good fortune of speaking with Jacob. I told him my situation, and he was able to make an appointment for servicing that very day. I was provided a loaner while our car was being serviced. Our car was serviced, washed and ready-to-go by the end of the day. Our road trip went on as scheduled. Thank you Jacob and Chapman BMW for such good customer care.

I called my service adviser, Tony Di Salvo, telling him i needed service on my BMW., and he set up an appointment which was most convenient for my schedule , told me approximately how long it would take, and i the service was completed exactly in the time frame he gave me, also had it washed, and ready to go! It's a pleasure doing business here! He even called me the following day to be sure everything was completed to my satisfaction! That's what I call great service!

What an amazing Company. I purchased a pre-owned BMW 128i from a different 3rd party dealer in march of 2015. Upon trying to trade it in to Chapman BMW, they informed me that it had a Branded title. This essentially changed the value of my car from $16k to $11.5k. The previous dealer bought the car at auction in January 2015, and asked the auction company to withhold the damage from Carfax. They proceeded to fix the damage and sold it to me as a clean CARFAX. I didn't find any of this out until I went to trade it in 18 months later. Chapman BMW went above and beyond and gave me $14k for my car because I was a previous customer, knowing they were going to lose $2500-$3000 selling it to a wholesaler. They also gave me an amazing price on my new car. I may have been lucky, but as stated have bought 3 vehicles from them and will never buy from anyone else. My Salesperson was JJ Garcia who was quick, efficient with communication and paperwork. The 2 people responsible for taking the loss and helping me were Bruce Kotlicky (New car Sales manager) & Jim Misner (General Manager). They were very transparent in their communication and clearly did their best to keep me faithful for life. Thank you team Chapman Chandler. You guys are amazing!!!

Did not fix the problem
My vehicle was part of the large recall of Passenger and Drivers side airbags. I have called for well over 2 years hoping to get this Recall corrected with no luck. i was always told that the parts were not available. I know that this was a large recall and the individual service centers were not to blame, so this is not necessarily a criticism of them. However, I left my name on a callback list every time I would call in for an update on parts availablity. I was suppose to get a call when parts were available. I am sure that this list was eventually forgotten about each time, because I never got a phone call. After 2 years of waiting and another phone call, I was finally able to get an appointment to replace the airbags. In the 2 year interim my airbag light remained off, until another problem with an electric window occurred. The pasenger door panel was removed and for safety so was the connector to the airbag in the door. After a repair was made, the airbag light was triggered. Apparently if power is applied to the vehicle with an airbag disconnected, the light will illuminate and not go out until reset. So I assumed that when the new airbags were installed, the dealership would reset the airbag light. They attempted to reset the light,after the airbag replacement, but it did not work, so I was informed that it would cost almost 160.00 just to troubleshoot the system. As a note, I can buy a device that would allow me to troubleshoot the system for cheaper than just the troubleshooting fee. In addition, the service center offered to perform a repair on the tailights that was another recall due on the car. This was fine with me, except that after the service bulletin repair was completed, the service advisor mentioned that there was something wrong with my rear light socket and the cost to fix that would be several hundred dollars. The advisor was honest with me and mentioned that I could probably fix the problem myself and the dealership was efficient, clean and organised. But overall here is the complaint. I went in for a service recall that took over 2 years to complete, and ended up with an airbag light that was still illuminated, and an additional light on my instrument display telling me that a light in the rear of the car was not working. So my car came out of the service center worse than it went in. I was a little disappointed because I did not have a problem with my tailights before I went in to the service center. I finally found a bad brake light bulb in the rear light assy. and replaced it and the system worked fine, There was no corrosion problem in the light assy that would have required replaement and hundreds of dollars in cost. It is hard for me to give a positive rating when these things occurred and my car came out of service in a worse condition than when it arrived. I know that the service was at no cost to me, but would not have been, if I had allowed the service center to perform the work.

Mr. Woodbury, We are sorry to hear that was your perception of the completion of the two service actions/recalls. The service actions appear to have been completed as needed however there are additional issues that are not contained within them. As you are likely already aware; recalls and service actions come with a list of very specific parts and procedures that are applied once they are presented to the dealer. Any work above or beyond that, even as simple as bulb replacements or resetting of the SRS systems, is a service above and beyond that would be the owners responsibility. We are glad to perform any and all work that you authorize, however if the vehicle is well beyond the factory mileage or time limitations, or the work is not contained in a service action or recall, you would be responsible for those repairs.
