Like all dealers. They have to sell up. I get it. But they were not pushy. I did not feel put off. It was a pleasant buying experience that went quickly. I hadn’t purchased a car in 11years. I was hesitant. A much better experience than I expected.

I typically purchase cars through private party sale to avoid having to hassle with dealerships. Eddie made the process much more reasonable, and went the extra mile to find a vehicle that suite our needs. We were working with Eddie for over three months, and he was very patient with us. He was very helpful in working with us on grounding our lease, and getting in to our new car. He even went above and beyond and assisted me in getting my tires installed on our lease turn-in due to our busy schedule. We highly recommend calling Eddie if you are interested in Infinitis or other higher end vehicles. When working with Finance, Courtney was very helpful in detailing out the extended service options plans. We have typically gone through our Credit Union for plans, however, after getting additional information from Courtney, it was very clear that they offered a much higher end warranty.
