I had the passenger airbag replaced , because of a recall. Mike Ross was excellent , from the moment I arrived , to when I picked my car up. They were very prompt in making the needed repair and very courteous.

Happy Highlander
My Credit Union works with Larry H. Miller Toyota, and I was referred to them for my purchase. I felt absolutely no pressure, felt that our salesman had all the time I needed and patience to answer every question and help me to get what I wanted. It has been a very smooth process and, if needed, I would not hesitate to do business there again (but I hope to have my new Highlander for a very, very long time). After I had placed my order, I rented a new Highlander for a day, right there at their dealership, so that I could have confidence that it was the vehicle I wanted. I would recommend them highly.

horrible service
The last 2 times I went for service, I was overcharged. 1st time: I went for routine oil change, but they tried to convince me to do $1600 of routine maintenance. 2nd time: I went for diagnostic for emissions check and was quoted $189 for diagnostic, but was charged $250. The result of the diagnostic was a $1300 quote for a $50 part and 5-7 hours of labor. I confronted them about over charging for the diagnostic and they insulted me by implying I was lying about the $189 quote. I left them upset at the service and personal treatment. On a nice note, they gave me popcorn and a bottle of water, but I do not go to a car mechanic to overcharged and insulted. I do not recommend anyone bring there vehicle there unless pride and money are of no concern.

A pleasant car-buying experience
Sammy was extremely courteous and helpful. We have been to many other auto dealerships and have found the car-buying experience to be quite unpleasant. Not so at Larry Miller's. We did not feel pressured and appreciated being treated as valued customers. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased at Larry Miller's Toyota...probably won't be the last. One minor complaint: we were led to believe that there would be free routine service (e.g. oil changes, etc) for three years when actually it's free for 24 months and there was a $120 charge for the 3rd year. We thought this was somewhat misleading and disingenuous.
