Excellent experience

I enjoyed the responsive customers service, rapid negotiation, and excellent financing terms available when I moved forward on the purchase. The sales and customer service team (Quinn and Tim) was thoughtful and prompt. I will buy additional vehicles here and continue to get my vehicles serviced at LHM.

Completely Satisfied with the dealership

This was one of the best experiences shopping for a new vehicle which I have experienced. The best part was having the terrific salesman, Mike G. who was excellent presenting the vehicle, answering questions, and allowing me enough time to make the decision to purchase a new vehicle. He is a great asset to Larry Miller Toyota Organization.

Great Service and timely to boot!

Only one minor complaint: My Tundra is too big for the LM car wash so I am not treated to a clean truck. The time for lub/oil etc was not bad at all.

Simply a car buyer

Rick is the easiest sales person I have ever deal with regardless of what was buying. A friend of my and I have purchased seven vehicles over the years. In every case he was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TRUTHFUL.

Love my Toyota Camry

Service

I had always had an excellent experience when I have my Camry in for schedules and non-scheduled service. The entire service staff are personable, and professional. My service adviser Rick Emerson is outstanding.

Service rep was very courteous and helpful, as always and the work performed well. However, I requested that the car NOT be washed because it had just been detailed but it was washed anyway. I had to re-detail it when I went home. I was not happy!

scheduled service and recall repair

i called to have 2 recalls done and waited a few weeks and when i brought my car in they told me no problem and when i picked it up ,one of the recalls was NOT done because another service rep used the part. So now i have to bring it in AGAIN!

Oil change, tire rotation, engine check

Only waited an hour, Scott kept me informed, advised of an issue with my water pump....which I will watch...and take care of soon...$$$$...and wait time was amazing.
