I've been coming to Larry Miller Toyota for 13 years. I have worked with many of your service advisors however when I worked with Rick Emerson many years ago I never would worked with anyone else. He provides exceptional customer service, keeps up to date on the progress, recommends service but doesn't push it, and is so pleasant every time. THANK YOU!!!!

We bought our used 2009 Prius here years ago. We have loved it and always getting it serviced at the dealership. Chris Conger has always been my contact and takes great care of us. Got What I Hoped I Would
My dealings with Jesse, Andy, and Archi were very pleasant. I knew what I wanted and what I was able to afford. Jesse and Andy were able to meet my expectations. Archi explained everything I was signing and was extremely nice.

Going above and beyond
Joe Weeks went to great lengths to make sure that I left as a satisfied customer in spite of challenges precipitated by another dealership. A vehicle that met my specifications was located at another dealership and reserved. However, the other dealership sold the vehicle before Joe was able to retrieve it. Another vehicle was found and delivered with additional options and additional cost that Larry Miller Toyota absorbed.

Always great service
From the time you arrive, service staff are there to immediately help. I often come in without an appointment and Dean Anderson is always willing to help me. The flexibility is important to me and I really appreciate the service I have received at Larry Miller Toyota.

Just had regular maintenance completed and service tech is always friendly and informative. The waiting area is comfortable and I love popcorn for lunch!
