Friendly service.

Loved Brenda who gave me a ride back to work. Made the drive fun. Mike Ross is a good service guy. He was busy on the pickup and his partner helped out as well. I was out quickly and efficiently.

Recall Service

Work done as promised and on time. Good overall experience. Took awhile for Toyota to get a remedy for air bag recall but not the dealer's fault.

Great all around

Tim could not have taken care of my concerns better I was so unhappy with my 2015 Camry. I left with a 2016 Avalon SIX cylinder. The Camry was from a different dealer who convincedo me the 4 would feel like a 6. I should have known better. I love this Avalon!

How to have a Great car buying experience!

It was our luck and pleasure to have Rob Bradshaw help us find the car that we wanted to purchase. He was pleasant, entertaining and patient; willing to go beyond what was necessary to help us make a decision. He was with us from mid-afternoon until late evening when we drove away in our new car. service report

I have noticed today while in my truck in line to get a coffee, that i had not put the truck into park, but several times i noticed that my brake pedal became spongy and I felt the brake pedal depress further to the floorboard. I felt like someone was bleeding the brakes as you step on the brake pedal. I drove it to Prescott today and had no problems with braking, but have noticed the brake pedal doing the same thing. The agent who serviced my truck, told me that the technician had written down that the brake fluid looked dark and recommended that we change the brake fluid. I declined. Is it possible that their checking the fluid that some how air got into the brake lines. I will monitor this and if it continues, I will bring it back in for inspection.

buya car from Chris White at Larry Miller Toyota

I was not planning on purchasing a car from Larry Miller Toyota, as I had had a bad experience in the past at this dealership. However, I got a call one day from one of the sales people there (Chris White) and I liked him right away. He listen to me, he answered all of my questions and he offered to do some research and get back to me (and he did). I told him that I was not planning on buying but I would come and test drive the new Prius because I was interested in it. I set a date to go down there, not planning to buy, but Chris had done such a great job and did everything he promised me he would, so I bought a car from him. If it had not been for Chris and his great service, I would not have purchased another car from Larry Miller Toyota. While I was there I got to meet the GM Jay, he was very nice and showed me his office with all of his autographed guitars. I love country music and so does he, so I enjoyed seeing his guitars. I also had a great experience in the finance office with Gary Creek. He knew that I was in a hurry and got me in and out in no time. Over all great experience, I will be back.
