very good service, except for the two hour wait as I had a 9am appointment and there had to be others crowed into that slot

Service on Sienna

Came in for normal service on our 2016 Sienna. Was given a check list of items that will need attention in the future. Work was completed in a timely manner. The waiting area for customers is great.

Tony DeLuca is outstanding and incredibly knowledgeable!

We purchased a 2015 Hylander Limited from LH Miller Toyota and have been very pleased with our vehicle. When we decided to purchase a 2016 Prius we again went to LH Miller Toyota and again wanted to work with Tony DeLuca who we feel is an exceptional salesman. He took the time to show us various Prius models and explained the differences and options available. We would recommend Tony and LH Miller Toyota to our friends without hesitation.

Urgent apppointment need met

Mike Moore went out of his way to accommodate my need to get my 2014 Prius in for a presumed issue with the AC the past weekend. Living in Phoenix with temps predicted or 114 this was essential since I use my car for home visits to every day. His appointments were already full but he listened and heard my need. Fortunately, the issue turned out to be "pilot (operator) error" and not a major repair. Thank you, Mike, for going out of your way to respond to my situation.

Went for one car, left with two!

I went there to help my son buy a car. Andy and Brittany made the experience so amazing, I left with a car for myself too!

Non Existant Follow Through!!!

Unbelievable - been dealing with Elvis, Internet Manager. He was extremely attentive when I was figuring out which car to buy. When I went to pick up the car after deciding, we let him know what time we'd be there. It wasn't quite ready - not cleaned up, no gas in the car...but I also noticed there was a dent in the side. No problem....they were going to fix it. He said they'd call me in a week to get it scheduled. He had also ordered a mat for me. Almost two weeks later....nothing. We have emailed, called, left several messages. No one knows anything and Elvis will NOT return any calls or emails. I left a voice message for the general manager, Jay Carley, as well. Nothing yet.....I guess you get dropped as soon as you sign the dotted line...I even have a plan to upsize my vehicle in two years but I guess they don't care about repeat business OR following through with promises. Next call is to Corporate. This is absurd!!!
