Kenny explained everything to where I understood. Keep me updated as to repairs and time frame. He was very friendly. Area was clean and service done was good

First service

I made my appointment and when I arrived they were very busy. I pulled up, they got my representative right away and he was more excited for my first car service than I was! When he took my keys I just accepted that there was going to be a long wait an hour maybe more from the looks of things. So I grabbed my popcorn plugged in my cell phone and sat down in the lobby. I don't think I was there 30 min. Which is better than the Toyota closest to where I live. He brought me my keys, and went over what was done. Shook my hand, and I was on my way. The volume of customers is a testament to how well the service is at Toyota, however the efficiency of the service speaks to how well your location performs. I will not go anywhere else. Great, and fast. Perfect. Thanks!

outstanding buying experience

I can't say enough about how well the entire Larry Miller team did to make our buying experience enjoyable; especially Rodney Wilson, our salesman; he was a pleasure to work with and he was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle we were buying and its many electronic systems. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from your agency and we have always been extremely satisfied.
