Larry Miller Toyota Peoria, AZ

I arrived for my 7am appointment 15 minutes early and was promptly checked in by Dean Anderson, the service writer. The reason for the visit was normal 36 Mo service and a seat sensor recall. I was given an estimate of two hours which turned out to be very accurate. Dean was very efficient and polite. The waiting area was very clean and the coffee was excellent. Overall the experience was outstanding. Although the Surprise Toyota dealer is closer, I will continue to use Larry Miller in Peoria. The additional few miles appear worth it.

I really loved the staff and the salesmen

I really enjoyed how easy it was to get help in buying a car. My car salesmen Zaid Fakhoury was very helpful and did everything he could to get me the best deal I could and put my needs befor his. Donovan in finance was very kind and that helped the process of buying my new car go by faster. All in all I very much enjoyed buying my new and that is all thanks to the staff at Larry Miller Toyota.

We used the Costco member discount. The process was easy and painless (if you consider forking over thousands of dollars painless). The staff were friendly and eager to be rated well

Dearler service coupons

The only real concern I have is the dealer service coupon. I presented the service adviser with a coupon for the blue service. The adviser looked at it and then never mentioned it again. The coupon was for a $189 for trucks and I understand if it cost a little more for 2014 Tundra. The normal price for the blue service is approx. $289. Just wondering what is the point of having a coupon on dealer service page if the service adviser doesn't recognize it. I was eventually charged approx. $279 but still that's a far difference from the price on the coupon. Other then that the service adviser was great and kept me updated on the maintenance and other issues that came up that were under warranty.
